1. Basic information of the selection project

Shanxi Province Primary and Secondary School Famous Principal Training Plan
(II) Basic content
The province selects 120 primary and secondary school principals with noble teacher ethics, solid theoretical foundation, strong research ability, aggressiveness and outstanding performance. The project-bearing agency will conduct systematic and continuous key training for about two years. Through the assessment, certificates will be issued to about 100 famous primary and secondary school principals with lofty missions, advanced educational concepts, profound professional qualities, unique management style, and extensive social influence to demonstrate and lead the construction and development of the basic education principal team in Shanxi Province. During the project implementation period, the Shanxi Provincial Department of Education will allocate training funds from provincial primary and secondary school teachers training funds to the project training institutions at a standard of about 18,000 yuan per person per year. The transportation and accommodation expenses of the principal during the training period shall be borne by the dispatching unit according to the travel expense standards.
2. Selection objects and conditions
(I) Selection objects
A national-level training institution or higher education institutions directly under the Ministry of Education that have experience in undertaking the training of primary and secondary school principals, a total of 1 national training institution or college directly under the Ministry of Education has been selected.
(II) Selection criteria
1. Have more than five years of experience in the national primary and secondary school principal training demonstration project.
2. Has undertaken the training project of famous principals of primary and secondary schools at or above the provincial level and has good results.
3. With national expert resources, an expert team and project management team with reasonable structure and rich training experience, the chief experts have been widely recognized by the industry and have a certain impact nationwide.
4. It has national training base resources and has a full range of functional facilities.
5. Have a self-owned journal medium for publishing academic works.
6. Has the conditions for the principal's online training platform and has more than 1,000 principal's learning course resources.
3. Application requirements
