According to Taiwan media, the Democratic Progressive Party’s “Legislative Yuan” Party League General Summit Ke Jianming recently attacked the People’s Party’s Hsinchu Mayor candidate Gao Hongan, who was commented by Taipei Mayor Ke Wenzhe as the “Fourth Group Candidate for Hsinchu Mayor”; the Kuomintang’s Hsinchu mayor candidate Lin Gengren said bluntly that Ke Jianming can reach his black hand into Yangming Jiaotong University and interfere with university autonomy, and he should be more like the mastermind behind it, and he also criticized Ke Wenzhe for his mental calculations for 2024.
Lin Gengren went to Jinzhuli, North District, Hsinchu City to pay a vote early this morning. Cai Wensheng, the current Jinzhuli chief, is a candidate for the North District Councillor nominated by the People's Party, which is quite meaningless to directly attack the territory of the People's Party candidate.
In response to Ke Jianming and Ke Wenzhe’s recent remarks, Lin Gengren said that Ke Jianming can reach Yangming Jiaotong University and interfere with university autonomy, which should be more like the mastermind behind the scenes; but Ke Wenzhe claims to be one of Gao Hongan’s two bosses, and regards the Hsinchu Municipal Government as the next base for the People’s Party and Ke Wenzhe to attack 2024. In fact, both Ke Jianming and Ke Wenzhe have their own calculations.
After being asked about the Kuomintang’s Bamboo City Council candidate He Zhiyong suggested yesterday that the Kuomintang might as well find Shen Huihong, the DPP, as the deputy mayor. Lin Gengren said that Shen Huihong resigned from Deputy Mayor and revealed that she wanted to be Deputy Mayor in Taipei City. They received the suggestion that He Zhiyong could run for the election.
But Lin Gengren's tone turned to the point of view, "But Shen Huihong claims to be professional in transportation, but it has made more than 70% of the people in Hsinchu City dissatisfied with the transportation in a long time. Such a deputy mayor should not be very competent, and the deputy mayor should have better candidates."
