According to its course and manifestation, it is divided into two forms: generalized anxiety and panic disorder . Traditional Chinese medicine believes that anxiety disorder is an emotional disease related to the seven emotions of traditional Chinese medicine. The organs related to the disease should mainly be attributed to the heart, involving liver, gallbladder, kidney, spleen and other internal organs. This disease is classified into the categories of "puffing", "puffing", " insomnia ", "good fear", "depression syndrome", " lily disease ", "drug irritation", "plum nuclear qi", "low-heartedness", "lantern disease" and other diseases. 1. Zhilijiao Decoction " Treatise on Febrile Diseases ":
composition: licorice (roasted) 12g, ginger (cut) 9g, cinnamon twig (peeled) 9g, ginseng 6g, Rehmannia ginger 450g, donkey-hide gelatin 6g, Ophiopogon japonicus (heart removal) 10g, 10 hemp seeds, and 10 jujubes (split).

composition: 12 grams of Coptis chinensis; 6 grams of Scutellaria baicalensis; 6 grams of peony; 2 pieces of chicken yellow; 9 grams of donkey-hide gelatin

composition: Pinellia , Poria cocos 12g each, Magnolia 9g, ginger 15g, Suye 6g.
