There are many old communities and property services are facing the problem of improving quality and expanding scope. The renovation of old communities continues to advance, and supporting property services need to keep up in time. In order to solve the property management problems of old communities, Taishan District has promoted the construction of "Qilu Red Property" and actively created the "Community Red Butler" property brand.
Taishan District promotes community-led property companies to provide bottom-line services in old communities, and at the same time, it meets residents' property service needs by improving property quality. When promoting community-led property management, Taishan District innovatively proposed the "ten-step" working method, with the community party secretary, community worker or grid worker serving as the property company manager, and the community party secretary also serves as the party organization secretary of the property company. Through visits and investigations, registration and leadership in accordance with the law, improving the party organization, carrying out services first, legally entering the community, implementing the "three finds certain", expanding service content, standardizing property fees, solidifying the red grid, and shaping a characteristic brand, we have formed pragmatic and effective experience and practices.
"On the basis of comprehensively implementing community-led property management companies, we will promote the deep integration of property management services and grid governance, absorb property personnel as red grid workers, optimize and build a strong red grid, and provide strong support and guarantee for grassroots governance." Taishan District also listed five communities including Donghu Community as red property pilot projects, and six communities including mosque community as party building work pilot projects, strengthened the pilot driving role, formulated the "Taishan District Red Property Work Standards", distributed it to streets, communities and related departments, widely mobilized and deployed, and promoted the continuous improvement of service levels.
