01 Items to carry when registering

In order to ensure the smooth admission of students from families with difficulties, our school will first go through the admission procedures for undergraduate freshmen without military origin who are admitted and have financial difficulties in , and then take different measures to provide funding based on the verification situation.
The original relevant certificate issued by the township (town) or street of the hometown where new students from families with financial difficulties can go through the admission procedures first. Within three months of entering the school, the school will carry out qualification certification for students with financial difficulties.Classified funding is implemented according to the specific situation of the students, including scholarships, scholarships, student loans, hardship subsidies, etc.
03 National student loan
National student loan includes two categories: credit student loans from the place of origin and student loans from the campus. Credit student loan for the place of origin and university student loan can only be selected, and you cannot apply for it at the same time within the same academic year.
freshmen who need to apply for student loans from the place of origin can go to the local (city/county) student aid center for consultation. National student loans on campus cannot be processed for the time being.

local undergraduates without military origin will organize a unified physical examination after admission. Daily epidemic prevention and vaccination are subject to the same medical insurance model as the school’s military trainees, and the school coordinates the hospital to be responsible for the relevant expenses, and the new students will bear the relevant expenses.
# Seeking medical treatment
The school organized a unified approach to purchase basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents for undergraduate students without military origin . The freshmen voluntarily participate in insurance and bear the relevant expenses themselves. Insured freshmen can go to designated medical insurance units to seek medical treatment on their own, and the relevant expenses will be implemented in accordance with the relevant provisions of basic medical insurance for urban and rural residents.
06 Household registration migration
No military undergraduates’ household registration migration implements the voluntary principle . Hunan Province can handle household registration migration procedures with the original household registration card , and other provinces new students can handle household registration migration procedures with the household registration migration certificate (see the police station where the household registration is located for details) (relocate to " , No. 109, Deya Road, Kaifu District, Changsha City, Hunan Province"). For freshmen who need to apply for household registration transfer, they will hand over the household registration card or household registration transfer certificate to their student team when they register, and then the school will handle it uniformly.
Note: In other provinces, freshmen need to prepare a 1-inch crown-free license photo when applying for household registration migration.
07 On-campus management
No military local undergraduates are included in the corresponding student team (similar to professional classes in local universities) according to their professional categories, and each student team is equipped with team cadres (responsible for daily education, training and management). After entering the school, you will first go through basic military and political training for for 4 weeks. The training content and training standards will be implemented in accordance with Ministry of Education " Military Course Teaching Outline " and the intensity is lower than that of military trainees; after the basic military and political training, quasi-military management of is implemented; during the study period, most courses are held separately from military trainees, and some elective courses may be held together with military trainees.

Epidemic prevention and control requirements
1. Before reporting to the school, freshmen must improve their awareness and ability of conscious prevention and control, take personal protection, reduce going out, wear masks in a standardized manner, do not participate in parties and dinners, and do not engage in activities in public places with dense crowds.
2. People in medium and high-risk areas and people in counties (cities, districts, and banners) where medium and high-risk areas are located shall be temporarily suspended; freshmen with suspicious symptoms such as fever and cough shall be temporarily suspended from reporting to the school. They must be cured locally and confirmed to be safe, and they can organize their registration normally; health code red (yellow) code, close contact, second-close contact and other personnel must implement local isolation control measures and report after being lifted from isolation; other personnel can organize their registration normally. When reporting, hold a health code "green code", itinerary code and a negative nucleic acid test certificate within 48 hours. After inquiry about the history of infectious diseases, screening for abnormal signs, and health monitoring will be carried out as required after entering the school without abnormalities.
3. During the time of reporting to the school, pay attention to a reasonable arrangement of the itinerary, avoid counties (cities, districts, and banners) where medium and high-risk areas are located, wear masks and gloves throughout the way, and eat in the restaurant. New students who come to school to register in a private car will not enter the camp by private car.
4. Due to the needs of epidemic prevention and control, parents are not arranged to visit the campus. Parents and friends are advised to understand and cooperate.

Fresh students, please report to the school according to the "Admission Instructions" requirements on the admission certificate. Be sure to pay attention to personal safety and property safety during the reporting process. The specific description of is as follows:

Those who cannot report on time for some reason must ask for leave in writing from the school admissions office before the prescribed registration deadline, and present relevant certificates, otherwise the admission qualification will be cancelled.
2. School conducts a preliminary review of the new students' admission qualifications when registering in accordance with relevant regulations of the Ministry of Education, and reviews the admission procedures for passing the admission procedures and registers the academic status; if the examination finds that the new students' admission notices, candidate information and other supporting materials are inconsistent with their actual situation, or there are other violations of the national admissions examination, the admission qualifications shall be cancelled.
