After investigation and verification, the total area covers 54,044 square meters (equivalent to 81.07 mu), including: 27,310 square meters of construction land (equivalent to 40.97 mu), which complies with the original land use master plan, with an above-ground construction area of 8,468 square meters; 14,014 square meters of forest land (equivalent to 21.02 mu), and 12,720 square meters of unused land (equivalent to 19.08 mu), which does not comply with the original land use master plan (not included in the transition period land space planning adjustment and optimization plan), the forest land construction area is 91 square meters, and there is no above-ground construction area.

The shareholders are Shaanxi Jitai Investment Group Co., Ltd., Yulin Changsheng Group Road and Bridge Engineering Construction Co., Ltd., Wei Shixiang, Xu Zigang, and Chen Xin, and the business scope is coal mining and sales.
