1, former deputy secretary of the Party Working Committee and director of the Management Committee of Tianxin Economic Development Zone He Guoquan illegally accepting gifts and money. From 2005 to 2022, He Guoquan illegally accepted a total of RMB 1.227 million in gifts from 42 management and service recipients, of which a total of RMB 782,000 in gifts received illegally after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. From 1996 to 2022, Wu Shiping illegally accepted gifts and cash from 25 management and service objects, of which a total of RMB 943,200 was received illegally after the 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China. Wu Shiping also has other serious violations of discipline and law. 3, Hunan Agricultural Radio and Television School Changsha Branch (Changsha Agricultural Technology Promotion Center) former Party branch secretary and principal (Director) Yin Hanqing will be reimbursed by subordinate units, illegally use public funds to give gifts, illegally distribute subsidies, and illegally accept gifts and cash. From July 2013 to May 2018, when Xiao Quanlong served as the chairman of Xidongting Food Industrial Park Investment Co., Ltd., the company was directly responsible and main leadership responsibilities for illegal official receptions, illegally giving gifts for public funds, and illegally distributing subsidies. Xiao Quanlong also has problems such as accepting gifts and cash that may affect the fair performance of official duties, engaging in profit-making activities in violation of regulations, and reimbursing expenses in violation of regulations.In April 2022, Xiao Quanlong was given a serious warning within the party and a serious demerit in government affairs.
2, Taoyuan County Market Supervision and Administration Bureau former fourth-level chief clerk Wu Zhibin issue of accepting gifts from management service objects. From 2016 to 2018, the Xiumei Town Safety Supervision Station obtained 157,500 yuan in funds by falsely listing fireworks companies to manage employee salaries, publicity fees, safety training lost wages, car rental fees, etc., and used them to purchase tobacco, alcohol, and meals. Chen Xianjun was directly responsible and main leadership responsibilities. In March 2022, Chen Xianjun was given a serious warning within the party.
