Southern New City has a new community center with a total volume of about 60,000 square meters. After completion, it will become an important living service supporting facility in the region.
Recently, the design plan for the Third Road Community Center of Nanbu Xincheng Airport was announced before approval. The project is located in the southern new city, facing Airport 3 Road in the north, Jiagang 1 Road in the west, Jiagang 4 Road in the east, and the south side is close to the current affordable housing community Huijing Home.
The planned land is the land for Aa residential community center, compatible with a grassroots community center that does not occupy independent land. The land for the project is divided into three divisions: A, B, and C. The total land area is 19,786.52 square meters, the floor area ratio is ≤24(m), the building density is ≤50%, and the green space ratio is ≥20%.
The total construction area of the proposed plan is about 60,309 square meters, including: the above-ground construction area is about 39,488 square meters, including community health service center, community one-stop home care service center, elderly day care center, community nursing home, street management center, community party and mass service center, police station, kindergarten, community health service station, cultural activity room, sports activity station, grassroots community party and mass service center, community police room, home elderly care service station, public toilet, community commercial service facilities, etc.; the underground construction area is about 20,821 square meters, and its main functions are underground motor garages, non-motor garages, civil defense projects and equipment rooms, etc.
There are about 306 motor vehicle parking spaces built in the project plot, including 50 social parking spaces.
At present, there are two other complexes worth looking forward to in the Southern New City, namely Jinling Huaxia Center and Jindi Dacheng Yajing, which will comprehensively promote the prosperity of the new city in the future.
Since last year, the southern new city has frequently appeared in everyone's sight. Among them, the G12 and G13 complex plots won by China Fortune Land Development Southern and Jinde Commercial Real Estate have attracted much attention. At present, the case names of the two have been determined to be Jinling Huaxia Center and Jinde Dacheng Yajing.
Jinling Huaxia Center
Jinling Huaxia Center is located on the core axis of the 2.6KM core of RUNWAY PARK Airport Runway Park, the core area of Nanjing's southern new city, and the intersection of the double subway lines of Line 5/10. The total volume is 960,000 cubic meters and the total investment is about 10.5 billion yuan. It is the first large-scale industrial complex project in the core area of the Southern New City.
The project integrates shopping centers, Class A offices, and boutique residential buildings, and is committed to becoming a benchmark complex project in southern Nanjing and even the entire city. Among them, there is a planned comprehensive commercial business of 250,000 square meters, which will become the largest shopping center in the southern new city in the future.

Jindi Dacheng Yajing
Golden Dacheng Yajing is the previous G13 plot of southern new city. The project ends from the east to the planned Dongfenghe Road, the south to the airport runway, the west to the planned Mingsa Road, and the north to the planned West Road. The total land area is 136,487.14㎡, and the office buildings in the plot must be built in accordance with the 5A-level office building standard.
G13 plot is not only close to Nanjing Traditional Chinese Medicine Hospital, but also not far from Jiagang Educational Land in the south. This will also be the transfer plot of Honghua Airport Station on Metro Line 6 and Line 10.
There are also urban supporting facilities such as the Southern New City Convention and Exhibition Center, the China-Finance Cooperation and Exchange Center, the China Second Historical Archives New Hall, Jiangsu Provincial Cultural and Art Center, and the Airport Runway Park.
According to the land transfer conditions at that time, a comprehensive high-end centralized shopping center with a construction area of no less than 100,000 square meters must be built, which shall be owned by the winner, and commercial offices and residential buildings must be started simultaneously and constructed simultaneously.
The project renderings still look cool. The shopping center part has been designed to back-up the stage at layers, expanding the outdoor social area, creating a scene-based experience, and achieving a multi-level and rich shopping environment.
