The per capita housing construction area of the applicant family must meet the prescribed housing difficulties standards, that is, the per capita housing construction area is not higher than 12 square meters, and family members do not enjoy other government housing preferential policies (including the rent subsidy for newly employed college students who rent a house within five years) The family income of the applicant family in 2021 shall not exceed the annual household income control standard, that is: for one household, the annual household income shall not be more than 80,000 yuan; for 2-3 households, the annual household income shall not be more than 230,000 yuan; for 4 or more households, the annual household income shall not be more than 300,000 yuan. Single residents who apply should be over 30 years of age.
There are 162 units of public rental housing units in this batch, with two types of apartments, with a rental discount ratio of 30%. Among them, there are 85 units of one bedroom and one living room, with a construction area of 43 square meters to 50 square meters, and the monthly rent after the discount ranges from RMB 573.1 to RMB 682.6. There are 77 units in one building, with a construction area of 49 square meters to 51 square meters. The monthly rent after the discount is 652.8 yuan to 695.5 yuan.
