My name is Huang Jingfeng, and I am currently the political instructor of the Fourth Company of a certain division. Our company was born in the Huangma Uprising and was the same age as the People's Army. We have been awarded honorary titles seven times and have made collective contributions 43 times. In 1990, when President Xi was appointed Secretary of the Fuzhou Municipal Party Committee, he proposed in our division that "the military and civilians should learn from Lei Feng together, jointly build socialist spiritual civilization, and jointly inherit and carry forward the spirit of the Gutian Conference." Under the important instructions of President Xi, we always regard learning the spirit of Lei Feng as the link to inherit the red bloodline and strive to forge a strong benchmark company. In July 2014, President Xi personally visited the company and sent us the earnest instructions of "one generation is stronger than the next." Last August, he signed an order to award our company the honorary title of "Strong Army, Martial Arts and Red Fourth Company".
Our experience is that as an old Red Army company that has experienced the baptism of war, we must vigorously continue the red bloodline and cultivate the heroic spirit of serving the country with iron heart and iron blood. In the glorious 1989 years, our company has participated in more than 100 battles and battles. 3,581 martyrs sacrificed their lives for the country, forming the spirit of the fourth company of "listening to the party and following the party, defeating the battle, winning the battle, not fearing difficulties and not fearing dangers, and being proud of the family", leaving behind three most precious "family heirlooms": one is "a battle". In 1937, the company attacked Yangming Fort at night, creating a classic battle example of infantry crashing planes; the other is "a gun". In 1964, the entire army contest, Song Shizhe, 21 company commanders, hit 40 bullets in 40 seconds, and Chairman Mao happily picked up the old company commander's gun; the other is "a receipt". In 1971, the company gave its own vegetables to Chairman Mao to improve food. The old man paid 370 cents of vegetable gold, leaving a precious receipt. From Jinge Water Town to the foothills of Taihang Mountains, from Qilu land to the southeast coast, our company has undergone 24 adjustments and transfers, and the party branch has been changed one after another. The first thing that the company moves defense is to improve the honor room, the first thing that the team handed over is the glorious tradition, the first thing that the new recruits join the army is the company soul education, and veterans must take away a CD of the company history manual after they retire. We also built the Digital History Museum, posted inspirational mottos on the bedside of officers and soldiers, compiled the classic battle examples of Yangmingbao at night into a sitcom, and continued to carry out the "Telling History History and Being Heroes" activity. Over the past few decades, no matter how the situation and tasks develop, the company's "family heirloom treasure" has never been lost, the inheritance of the red bloodline has never been broken, the loyalty roots of officers and soldiers are getting deeper and deeper, and the tree of belief is growing stronger and stronger, withstanding all kinds of tests of reality. Our company's headquarters is a severely affected area for enemy special activities. When the corporal Li Chen left the team on vacation last year, he found a man taking a picture of the camp with his mobile phone. He hurried forward to stop him. While handing cigarettes, the other party took out a stack of 100-dollar bills and stuffed them into him, which aroused Xiao Li's alertness. Although there were no one around at that time, Xiao Li was unmoved at all and called on his comrades to send him to the security department in time. It was found that he was a habitual criminal who steals and sells military secrets.
Our experience is that as a knife-top company, we must keep a close eye on the opponent's training and preparation, and forge a group of heroes who are capable of martial arts and capable, and defeat the enemy. We will never forget: the opponent is right in front of us. Only by sharpening the tip of the knife can we defeat the enemy; only by combining elite troops can we win the decisive battle. The company's party branch insists on taking military training and preparation as its main responsibility, with combat readiness spot checks once a day, combat readiness drills once a week, and 50-kilometer combat physical training once a month, and maintains a fighting attitude of arrows on the string all year round; in accordance with the requirements of practical, refined and special combat, it took the lead in carrying out five special combat skills trainings in the group army infantry company; it widely carried out the training activities of "everyone has a record, everyone sets a record, and everyone breaks a record". There are many "eight major members" courses in the company and no one has fallen under the exam. Seven cadres took the lead in participating in the training and reference, and each of them is excellent "four associations" coaches. In August last year, the division organized a training camp for new platoon leaders in our company. The division commander said at the mobilization meeting: "As long as your grades can surpass those of the fourth company's pig farming, vegetable farming, and cooking, you will be qualified!" Many new platoon leaders were very dissatisfied when they heard this.The company specially arranged a course demonstration. The clerk Yuan Xiaojun completed the 10-meter cliff climbing in just 10 seconds. The breeder Zhou Kaixuan rushed to the 400-meter obstacle end of the transition to the island in 2 minutes and 30 seconds. The cook Qi Mingke made 40 volumes in one breath... The new platoon leader was amazed and gave a thumbs up and said, "The soldiers of the Red Fourth Company are so awesome!" Last June, the headquarters conducted a tribute assessment on our company. The assessment team organized an emergency drill as soon as they got off the car. The entire company completed the preparation for the full staff and the equipment dispatch in 18 minutes, which was 7 minutes faster than the outline standard. The leader of the team said happily: "This company can fight!" Over the past three years, our company won the first place in 24 teams, 74 individual championships in all levels of assessment competitions, and set the military advisor record 7 times.
Our experience is that as a leading company that is always on the battlefield, we must focus on actual combat and temper our courage and fearlessness and invincible heroism. In the war era, the martyrs, with their desperate spirit of "breaking their arms and biting them with their teeth, and fighting to the end with one breath", developed a great reputation that made the enemy scared. We relay the heroic spirit and bloody courage, and through the establishment of the "Sharp Knife Cup" arena competition, the construction of a 5D psychological training room, and the role of a "wist stone" in major tasks, we will regularly forge the bloody tiger energy of officers and soldiers who dare to draw their swords when encountering the enemy and go to battle without hesitation. In September 2013, the headquarters organized a cross-regional mobile exercise, and we were responsible for the main attack on the first echelon of sharp swords. On the day the battle started, the typhoon was approaching, the sea was windy and the waves were strong, and the hull was shaking violently. If you were not careful, you might overturn the boat. Many comrades vomited and looked pale, but none of them retreated and fell behind. That time, all the officers and soldiers of the company took a boat to cross the sea with the fearless spirit of tigers on land and dragons on sea, fought in two places, won two battles, and made a contribution to the beach. Last year, the "9.3" military parade was mainly composed of our company to form a hero-model team of "Fighting Model Company" attacked Yangming Fort at night. All the officers and soldiers of the company held the belief that "must go to Beijing to train for the president", and fought hard and challenged the limits. In order to obtain the "qualification certificate", Hu Zihan lost 35 kilograms in a month. There are many examples like this in our company where we dare to fight for honor and sacrifice our lives for mission. When the team stalked across Tiananmen Square, everyone was full of passion and passion: "We have not let down President Xi's instructions and have no shame to the glory of the Red Fourth Company!"
