(I) Undergraduate level junior high school teacher. enrollment majors are: Chinese Language and Literature, Mathematics and Applied Mathematics, English, Physics, Chemistry, Geographical Sciences, Biological Sciences, Ideological and Political Education, History, Computer Science and Technology.
(II) Primary school teachers at the undergraduate level. enrollment majors are: Chinese language and literature, mathematics and applied mathematics, English, ideological and political education, science education, educational technology, musicology, art, physical education, and primary education.
(III) Undergraduate level primary school teachers (poverty alleviation), undergraduate level primary school male teachers, junior college level primary school teachers, junior college level primary school teachers (poverty alleviation), junior college level primary school male teachers, junior college level primary school teaching point teachers . The admission major is: primary education.
(IV) Undergraduate level kindergarten teachers, junior college kindergarten teachers, and junior college kindergarten teachers (poverty alleviation). enrollment major is: preschool education.
(V) Special education teachers at the junior college level. admissions major is: special education.

2020, the public fund targeted training enrollment plan for rural teachers in various types of junior high schools in the province was 9,038 people, the specific details are as follows:
1. The enrollment plan for public funding targeted training for junior high school teachers: a total of 1,155 people. provincial project plans 905 people and 250 people in municipal and prefecture project plans, all of which are undergraduate training levels.
2. The enrollment plan for public funding targeted training for primary school teachers, primary school male teachers, primary school teachers (poverty alleviation), and primary school teaching points teachers: a total of 6,932 people.

2 Enrollment Plan Type
According to the needs of the training type and training goals, the enrollment plan sets up a general enrollment plan (hereinafter referred to as the "General Plan"), a targeted teaching enrollment plan (hereinafter referred to as the "Travel and Town Plan"), a targeted ethnic township enrollment plan (hereinafter referred to as the "Ethnic Town Plan") and a targeted primary school teaching point enrollment plan (hereinafter referred to as the "Teaching Point Plan"). 1. Normal plan. is set according to the principle of "enrollment from counties, cities and districts, and employment from counties, cities and districts". The training types include: undergraduate-level junior high school teachers, undergraduate-level primary school teachers, undergraduate-level primary school teachers (poverty alleviation), undergraduate-level male primary school teachers, junior-level primary school teachers (poverty alleviation), junior-level male primary school teachers, undergraduate-level kindergarten teachers, junior-level kindergarten teachers, junior-level kindergarten teachers, junior-level kindergarten teachers (poverty alleviation), and junior-level special education teachers.
2. Township plan. is set according to the principle of "enrollment from counties, cities and districts, and return to townships to find employment". The training types include: undergraduate-level junior high school teachers, undergraduate-level primary school teachers, undergraduate-level male primary school teachers, junior-level primary school teachers, junior-level male primary school teachers, undergraduate-level kindergarten teachers, and junior-level kindergarten teachers.
3. Ethnic township plan. is set up according to the principle of "enrollment from the township and employment from the township". The training types include: undergraduate-level junior high school teachers, undergraduate-level primary school teachers, junior-level primary school teachers, and junior-level kindergarten teachers.
4. Teaching point plan. is set up according to the principle of "enrollment from townships and employment in township primary school teaching points". The training types include: teachers at junior college level primary school teaching points.
3 specific arrangements for enrollment plan
In accordance with the relevant requirements of the Provincial Department of Education's "Notice on the Application of the 2020 Hunan Rural Teachers' Public Fund Targeted Training Enrollment Plan" and according to the 2020 public fund Targeted Training Enrollment Need Plan submitted by each city and prefecture to our department, on the basis of comprehensive balance, the Provincial Department of Education has prepared the enrollment plan for public fund Targeted Training of various types of rural teachers starting from junior high schools (see Appendix 2-20 for details). It is now issued and will not be adjusted.

1 basic conditions
1. Age under 18 years old (born on September 1, 2002 and later).
2. Love the motherland, have good character, and abide by the law.
3. Meet the household registration conditions determined by enrollment source plan . (1) The registration recipients who apply for the general plan and township plan should have the county, city and district household registration determined by the enrollment source plan, and are fresh junior high school graduates in 2020. (2) The registration recipients who apply for the ethnic township plan should have the ethnic township household registration determined by the enrollment source plan. The ethnic component is ethnic minority. The household registration migration time is August 31, 2019 and before, and are fresh junior high school graduates in 2020. (3) The registration recipients for applying for the teaching point plan should have the township household registration determined by the enrollment source plan. The household registration migration time is August 31, 2019 and before, and are fresh junior high school graduates in 2020.
4. Participate in the middle school entrance examination in the city and prefecture where the household registration is located, and the total scores of candidates in the middle school entrance examination (the total scores of candidates applying for the ethnic township plan include bonus points. For details, please refer to Article 3 of Appendix 22) shall not be lower than the corresponding targeted enrollment and admission control scores for public expenses of rural teachers announced by the county and city district where the household registration is located in the year of enrollment (level).
5. Be healthy and pass the physical examination. The physical examination standards shall be implemented in accordance with the provisions of the "Guiding Opinions on Physical Examination of General Colleges and Universities Admissions in " (Teaching [2003] No. 3) and the "Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Education and the General Office of the Ministry of Health on the Cancellation of Hepatitis B Project Testing for the Physical Examination of Students in General Colleges and Universities Admissions" (Teaching Department [2010] No. 2).
2 Other conditions
1. Love the basic education cause, voluntarily apply for the public-funded targeted training teacher students for junior high school, primary school, kindergarten, and special education teachers in junior high school, Qidian rural junior high school, primary school, kindergarten, and special education teachers (hereinafter referred to as "public-funded targeted teacher students"), and ensure that they obey the arrangements of the relevant education administrative departments after graduation:
(1) Junior high school teachers. The general plan junior high school teachers teach in rural junior high schools below the county and city where their household registration is located. The township plan junior high school teachers teach in township junior high schools targeted by the enrollment plan, and the ethnic township plan junior high school teachers teach in ethnic township junior high schools targeted by the enrollment plan.
(2) Primary school teacher.Primary school teachers at the general plan, primary school teachers (poverty alleviation), and male primary school teachers teach in rural primary schools below the county and city where their household registration are located. Primary school teachers at the general plan, primary school teachers (poverty alleviation), and male primary school teachers teach in townships and villages below the county and city where their household registration are located. Primary school teachers and male primary school teachers teach in townships and primary school teachers targeted by the enrollment plan. Primary school teachers in ethnic townships targeted by the enrollment plan teach in ethnic townships targeted by the enrollment plan. Primary school teachers in teaching point plan teach in townships (towns) primary school teaching point teachers in teaching point plan.
(3) Kindergarten teacher. Teachers of undergraduate-level kindergartens at the general plan, teachers of junior college-level kindergartens, and teachers of junior college-level kindergartens (poverty alleviation) teach in rural kindergartens below the county and city where their household registration is located. Teachers of township plan kindergartens teach in township kindergartens targeted by the enrollment plan, and teachers of ethnic township plan kindergartens teach in ethnic township kindergartens targeted by the enrollment plan.
(4) Special education teacher. Special education teachers at the general plan junior college level engage in special education work in rural special education classes below the county, city and district where their household registration is located, as well as designated primary and secondary schools for children and teenagers with disabilities, or special education schools.
2. The registration recipients for applying for the general plan for undergraduate primary school teachers (poverty alleviation), junior college primary school teachers (poverty alleviation), and junior college kindergarten teachers (poverty alleviation) should be students from poor households with registered files and cards, and hold the "Poverty Alleviation Manual" issued by the county, city and district poverty alleviation work departments.
