The starting point of this project is located at the existing G4211 Ningwu Expressway Jiangsu-Anhui Province border, connected to the end of the Jiangsu Section of Ningwu Expressway, and finally the Wuhu East Hub Interchange, crossing the G5011 Wuhe Expressway, with a total length of 49.305km. The design speed of the entire process is still 100km/h and 120km/h, and the number of lanes is widened from the original 4 lanes in both directions to 8 lanes in both directions. Ningwu Expressway is an important part of the national expressway network and an important channel connecting the Wanjiang region with eastern coastal areas such as southern Jiangsu and Shanghai. is also an important trunk road connecting the Ma'anshan City and Wuhu City in Anhui Province. plays a very important role in the road network. The starting point of the project is located at the border of the existing G4211 Ningwu Expressway Jiangsu-Anhui Province (stake number K26+915), and is connected to the end of the Jiangsu section of Ningwu Expressway renovation and expansion project. It passes from north to south through Jiangning District, Nanjing City, Huashan District, Ma'anshan City, Yushan District, Economic and Technological Development Zone, Dangtu County , and Wuhu City Jiujiang District. The end point is located at the Wuhu Hub Interchange Interchange (K76+220) where Ningwu Expressway and Wuhe Expressway interchange are intersected. The total length of is 49.305km, of which 40.074km is in Ma'anshan, 7.901km is in Wuhu City, and 1.33km is in Nanjing City.
The entire line is planned to be standardized for renovating and expanding the two-way eight-lane expressway. The design speed of the interchange section of the Anhui-Sujie border to Ma'anshan Donghub (about 15.08 kilometers) at the starting point of , with a design speed of 100 kilometers/hour, with an integral roadbed width of 41 meters; the design speed of the interchange between Ma'anshan Donghub Interchange to the end point of Wuhu hub (about 34.22 kilometers) at the design speed of 120 kilometers/hour, with an integral roadbed width of 42 meters.
Ningwu Expressway Anhui-Sujie to Wuhu hub section approved and estimated total investment is 7.154 billion yuan. is planned to start construction in December 2020, with a planned construction period of 3 years.

project, (including 86,400 m³ of house demolition, 2.9344 million m³ of earth and stone, and 702,300 m³ of topsoil peeling), 4.0375 million m³ of fill (including 702,300 m³ of topsoil replication), 469,500 m³ of debit, and 155,100 m³ of abandoned.3120m/2 super bridges, 1944.5m/8 large bridges, 292/7 medium and small bridges; 172 culverts and passages; 8 interchange interchange are renovated and expanded, namely Ma'anshan North Interchange, Ma'anshan South Interchange, Ma'anshan East Hub, Dangtu Interchange, Taibai Interchange, Wuhu East Interchange (fully used in this project), and Wuhu hubs are all renovated and expanded in situ, with annual steep hub interchange (reserved); Taibai service area is expanded; one Huangmeishan Tunnel is renovated (used to change road cuts); 49 separate three-dimensional intersections are set up, including 8412.1m/40 of the main line and 1415m/9 of the branch line.
