Yicheng Court centrally distributed execution funds for people's livelihood cases
Recently, in the reception room of Yicheng People's Court, there were ten farmers-like men holding the cash that the judge had just handed over to them, with a happy smile on their faces, and then holding the execution judge's hands, expressing their gratitude.
This is a group case, from Zheng Moujiu, Wang Moumou, Chen Moukui, Chen Moubo, Fu Moumou, Ye Mou, Su Moumou, Yu Moumou, Chai Mou and Qian Mou, who are from Pinglin Town, Zaoyang City, respectively, they have a debt relationship with Zheng Mou, a villager from Banqiaodian Town, Yicheng City due to transportation issues. From March to May 2015, Zheng owed more than 74,000 yuan in freight fees to ten farmers respectively. The ten farmers sued Zheng in mid-to-late October 2016 respectively. After the trial, the court ordered Zheng to pay the transportation fees owed to the ten people within three days of the judgment taking effect, totaling more than 74,000 yuan. However, the defendant Zheng still failed to fulfill his obligations, and these ten farmers applied for compulsory execution one after another.
In May 2017, the court decided to merge the 10 cases and issued an "Execution Notice" and a "Property Report Order" to Zheng. But Zheng still ignored it. Executor Mei Zaiming and others contacted the person subject to execution Zheng many times, but Zheng refused to meet on the grounds of doing business outside. Therefore, the court promptly included it on the "list of dishonest enforcement officers" in accordance with the law and frozen the bank deposits of Zheng and his wife Shuai. After the deposit was frozen, Zheng finally took the initiative to contact the executive judge and said that he was in financial difficulties at present. The executive told him: It is illegal to have the ability to execute but fail to perform legal obligations. If he does not repay the loan, he will be detained in accordance with the law. Taking the majesty of the law, Zheng found Mei Zaiming and said he was willing to repay it in installments. Recently, he asked someone to hand over 35,000 yuan in cash to the executive judge in three sessions and promised to pay the rest before the Lunar New Year. This is the beginning scene.

Hongshan District Court fair justice was given a plaque
htmlOn November 11, the Hongshan District Industrial and Commercial Quality Supervision Bureau of Wuhan City made a special trip to the Civil Court of Hongshan District People's Court, holding the plaque of "Helpful Service, Integrity, High Efficiency" and expressed his sincere gratitude to the Hongshan District People's Court and Deputy President Zhou Dan, the People's Court of Undertaken. On September 28, 2016, the Hongshan District Industry and Commerce Quality Supervision Bureau filed a civil lawsuit with the court for a house demolition and resettlement compensation contract dispute with a certain Economic and Trade Development Co., Ltd., a small loan company, and a real estate consulting company. The case has many parties, the case is complicated, and the disputed property in the litigation involves huge state-owned assets, which has a great social impact. After Deputy President Zhou Dan handled the case, he made sufficient preparations before the trial and organized several mediations in a targeted manner to clarify the focus of the dispute and ease the conflicts between all parties. The idea was clear during the trial, and the parties held a full debate on the focus of the case dispute, which not only protected the right to prosecute and accurately ascertained the facts; after the trial, he carefully wrote the judicial documents, with standardized format, complete structure, appropriate details and sufficient arguments; after the judgment, he patiently answered the questions of all parties.
After this case was closed, none of the parties filed an appeal, achieving good social results. All parties involved have personally felt the fair, efficient, professional and honest style of case handling of judges in Hongshan Court. The exquisite plaque is not only a recognition of the court's judicial work, but also a vivid reflection of the court's vigorous practice of "strive to make the people feel fairness and justice in every judicial case."

Judge of Daye Court sent legal "New Year's goods" to Huangshi Economic and Technological Development Zone
html On November 12, due to a case involving wage arrears of migrant workers, the judge of Daye Court went to Huangshi Economic and Technological Development Zone to provide legal services. We have solved many legal consultations for them, including the construction of a legal environment, the prevention of demolition risk, the resolution of diversified contradictions, and the service of enterprise development, and have reached a preliminary intention on the study and formulation of a normalized judicial service mechanism. Huangshi Economic and Technological Development Zone has special administrative divisions, and its case jurisdiction involves multiple courts. Most civil and commercial and administrative cases are heard by Daye Court. During the "Two Sessions" in Huangshi, Lu Younian, a member of the Municipal People's Congress and secretary of the district's Party Working Committee, talked about the case of Jinghongxin Construction Co., Ltd. v. Haoyi Construction Group Co., Ltd., involving migrant workers' wage arrears of millions of yuan. The case has been filed in Daye Court and was originally scheduled to be held on January 11, but the trial was not held because the defendant raised an objection to jurisdiction.

On April 9, 2016, the son of Lei, a resident of Sikehuanjianlou Community, Jinshan Street Office, Daye City, fell into a landscape pond and drowned when he was playing in the community. The court held that after Huangshi Yimin Company obtained the construction land planning permit for the Sike Rebuilding Community Rebuilding Building and supporting projects, it will be the builder and manager within the scope of the planned land. When the accident occurred, it only built safety guardrails to the surrounding parts of the landscape pond, which obviously did not fulfill its due safety obligations. He was then ordered to bear 40% of the compensation liability.
