1966. Factory 3537 was established in Shehong County, Sichuan Province. In April 1968, it moved to Guizhou in accordance with the instructions of the General Logistics Department. It is a third-tier military enterprise supporting Guizhou's construction. In August 1970, the Southwest Materials Bureau of the General Logistics Department named the factory "Factory 3537 of the People's Liberation Army of China".
In order to develop the market and adapt to economic development trends, Factory 3537 built a new factory in Huaxi District, Guiyang City in 1993, and established a branch in Guiyang in 1995. In 1997, the main factory moved to a new factory, and even the number of residents in the old factory area decreased from the original thousands to more than 100 now. In 2007, the factory was reorganized into Jihua 3537 Shoemaking Co., Ltd., and is now renamed Jihua 3537 Co., Ltd., with rubber shoes production as its main product.
3537 The old factory is located in Yong'an Village, Sanyuan Town, Longli County, Qiannan Buyi and Miao Autonomous Prefecture, Guizhou Province. It is located in an ethnic village, located in the valley, hidden and quiet village mountains, surrounded by mountains, water and forests, and is relatively independent like a paradise.
3537 The old factory was originally in a state of traffic, but it has been completely changed under the implementation of the national rural revitalization strategy. The Hunan-Guizhou, Zhuliu Railway, National Highway 210 and Guixin section of Lanhai Expressway pass through the territory, 60 kilometers away from the provincial capital Guiyang, 20 kilometers away from the county town of Longli, and 3 kilometers away from the Gaopingpu Railway Station. The roads of each village and natural village have been hardened.
3537 In the living area of the old factory, there are clubs, amusement rooms, auditoriums, light courts and other entertainment facilities, shops, grain shops, guesthouses and other living welfare facilities, and social functional facilities such as children's schools, medical rooms, and nurseries. In the last century, a relatively independent and closed small social areas and groups were formed. Most of the houses in the living area were built in the 1970s and 1980s, and still preserve the architectural style and historical traces of that year. It is like a complete third-tier construction museum with a deep cultural heritage.
In the deep mountains of Sichuan, Guizhou, Yunnan, Shaanxi, Gansu and other regions in China, there are more than a thousand factories like 3537. Due to historical reasons, "Three-line Construction" was once a mysterious word, and it was not seen in newspapers until the late 1980s, and it is now little known. On the surface, the employees of third-tier factories may not be much different from local residents, but only they themselves know that there are many precious memories that are worth recalling in their lives.
