Located in Golden Years Community, No. 88 Anshan 1st Road, Shibei District, the elevator of the building has been damaged or trapped in every few days for many years. There are nearly a thousand households on the 37th floor. Currently, there are only two elevators left to barely operate. It takes a long queue to wait for the elevator, which makes the owners miserable.

"Since yesterday, the situation of the elevator is quite gratifying. In the past, nearly a thousand households only used one elevator, and that scene is harder than squeezing buses to and from get off work." Ms. Li, a resident, told reporters that the building was built around 2005. Later, due to various reasons, several elevators were shut down one after another, and in the end there were only two elevators left; half a month ago, there was only one elevator running.

It is understood that from the 14th, one of the elevators has resumed operation, but the only two elevators at present still cannot solve the problem of so many people going up and downstairs. The original property company has withdrawn again, and the new property company has just arrived and has not officially started work. Residents hope that the relevant departments urge the community to repair or replace other elevators as soon as possible so that everyone can restore normal life.

reporter learned from the community owners' committee that the main reason for the elevators to be like this is that the former property has not regularly maintained the normally operating elevators, and since the property has withdrawn before May, the elevators in the community have been in a state of depilation. Previously, Qingdao Special Equipment Inspection and Testing Institute issued an elevator safety assessment report. The elevators of No. 1 and No. 3 of the building need to be maintained and can only be restored after passing the annual inspection. The other four elevators need to be replaced. After many consultations between relevant departments and the property management committee, and others, they will register and apply for the start of the maintenance fund to install the elevator in the near future. After the community elevators return to normal, the property will adopt the management mode of using access control or elevator cards. The owner needs to check in to take the elevator and can only go to this floor. All elevators are divided into odd and even numbers, and electric vehicles and motorcycles are restricted from entering the elevator.

Fuxin Road Street Office, North District, Shibei District, announced that after investigation and implementation, Golden Year Community had selected and hired Qingdao Branch of Shenzhen Runhua Property Group Operation Co., Ltd. to manage the community in early November. The community property management committee and property company will speed up the replacement of four elevators that cannot be used.
