Master: Luo Lijuan Apprentice: Li Teng
Finger Display Software Maintenance Position Engineer Li Teng: After joining the job, I positioned a Finger Display Software Maintenance Position. This position has extremely strict requirements on details. Every task, every parameter, and every state must be strictly proofread. Only by striving for excellence and foolproof can we ensure the successful task. In order to encourage me to adapt to my position quickly, the unit appointed me a master, Luo Lijuan, a capable and simple female aerospace science and technology worker, and became my leader in joining the work. From the recognition of components to the modification of running code, from the proofreading of parameter data to the configuration of execution software, the master has passed it on his heart and wishes he could teach me all his years of experience. With her selfless teaching and careful help, I took up my post independently and participated in the first space launch mission in my life in just two months.

Rocket Propellant Testing Position Engineer Tong Wei: My master is Cong Rimei. He is a technical master who has been engaged in aerospace propellant testing for 19 years. He is a veritable "divine arrow blood tester".
When I first came to the unit after graduation, it was a difficult problem for me to make an ordinary glass tube into an ampoule ball with uniform thickness and suitable diameter (ampoule balls are special sample weighing instruments during manual titration of propellants). The master always orally describes the key points of the tube pulling action in concise language, demonstrating and demonstrating operations while explaining, reducing the difficulty of understanding.
Master: Li Qiaodi Apprentice: Chen Qimeng
Telemetry System Assistant Engineer Chen Qimeng: When I first arrived at the job, because my major in school was related to the telemetry system, I got started very quickly. This made me gradually have the illusion that I had learned my major thoroughly. I was not concerned about the learning tasks arranged by Master Qiaojie and was perfunctory. Qiaojie took all this in my eyes, but she did not expose it in person.
When she went to Beijing to study, she used every test gap to ask the factory designers for advice. From the operation of the entire system to the type of signal transmitted by a certain plug and pin, she asked the professional-related questions (I felt my scalp numb for the designers in the factory). She studied tirelessly and enjoyed it. During this process, I found that I couldn't answer almost every question she asked, which was a question I never thought of. Some knowledge even subverted my cognition, gave me a wake-up call, and made me reexamine my learning attitude.
Master: Gong Xiaogeng Apprentice: Yang Jian
Billing system commander Yang Jian: Billing system is an important part of the launch site system, with a wide variety of equipment, a wide distribution range and high safety requirements. My master, Gong Xiaogeng, is engaged in gas supply technology for many years. He has rich experience, extensive knowledge and strong practical ability. He is the biggest "backer" in the group.
At work, when I encounter someone I don’t understand, I will think of him as soon as possible. Once, a manual shut-off valve of the tank sampler leaked air. After replacing the spare manual valve, I asked my master for advice with the old manual valve. The master gave a detailed explanation of this type of manual valve from various aspects such as equipment selection, technical principles, and operating skills. Seeing that I was still half aware of it, he directly dismantled the old manual valve. Starting from the internal structure, my master's comprehensive and in-depth explanation made me "know the manual valve well."

Lifting operator Wu Di: From the initial single-job operator to the current Tonggang operator, and then to the excellent results in the competition. These successful achievements are inseparable from the careful teaching and assistance of one person, who is my master Shi Chuangfeng.
