According to the "Road Traffic Safety Law of the People's Republic of China" and its implementation regulations, the "Regulations on the Mandatory Scrapment of Motor Vehicles" and relevant laws and regulations, the following 34 rural vans have met the scrapping standards. Please ask the owner of the motor vehicle to bring the relevant procedures of the vehicle to the Vehicle Management Office of the Traffic Police Brigade of Hui County Public Security Bureau before March 25, 2018 to handle the scrapping and cancellation registration. If the scrapping and cancellation procedures are not completed within the deadline, the traffic management department of the public security organ will not handle all the personal vehicle and vehicle management related businesses and include them in the personal credit reporting system; at the same time, the vehicle registration certificate, license plate and driving license will be invalidated. If a motor vehicle is still driving on the road, the traffic management department of the public security organ will confiscate it in accordance with the law, force it to be scrapped and punished in accordance with relevant laws and regulations.

(II) Longnan City Hongchang Scrap Vehicle Recycling Company chengxian Branch.

(After the motor vehicle owner hand over the vehicle to the recycling company, he will provide the application form, motor vehicle registration certificate book, license plate, driving license and a copy of the "Scrapped Motor Vehicle Recycling Certificate" issued by the motor vehicle recycling and scrapping company to go to the Vehicle Management Office of the Traffic Police Brigade of Hui County Public Security Bureau to go through the cancellation procedures).

3, motor vehicle loss , if the motor vehicle owner applies for cancellation of registration, the following certificates and certificates should be submitted:

(II) motor vehicle driving license ;

motor vehicle loss certificate refers to:

(II) The proof of loss of motor vehicles caused by fire is required, a certificate of loss of motor vehicles caused by fire is required by the fire department of the public security organ at the county level or above in the place where the fire occurs (the certificate must be accompanied by a photo);

(II) The proof of loss of motor vehicles caused by traffic accidents requires a certificate of loss of motor vehicles caused by traffic management departments of the public security organ at the place where the traffic accident occurs (the certificate must be accompanied by a photo).
