1. Basic parameters
1 The gas stop/inflating pressure of fire air pressure water supply equipment (hereinafter referred to as equipment) p1 should not be less than 0.15MPa.
2 The fire fighting rated working flow of the equipment Qx should not be less than 5.0L/s.
3 The fire protection rated working pressure of the equipment px should not be less than 0.3MPa.
4 The effective water volume of the device V3 should not be less than 3m3. The recommended volume parameter series are: 3m3, 6m3, 9m3, 12m3 and 18m3.
2. Equipment composition and components
1 Equipment composition
1 ) The components of the equipment should at least include pneumatic water tanks and accessories, water pump units, pipeline valves and accessories, measurement and control instruments, control cabinets, etc.
2 ) All components of the equipment should be centrally arranged, the whole should be compact and neat, and should be convenient for maintenance and maintenance.
3 ) All components of the equipment should be installed firmly and the connection should be reliable.
2 General requirements for components
1) The purchased components of the equipment should be general products that meet national or industry standards, and fire-fighting special products should be preferred. Special components developed and produced by manufacturers should pass product technical appraisal.
2) The pressure vessel manufacturer should use air pressure water tanks produced by the pressure vessel manufacturer in accordance with the regulations of GB 150. Its operating safety should comply with the requirements of TSG R0004.
3 ) The pressure resistance level of the pneumatic water tank, pipeline valve and accessories used in the equipment should not be lower than 1.5 times the maximum working pressure.
4) The pressure gauge used in the equipment should be used reasonably, the meter accuracy of the pressure monitoring instrument should not be lower than 2.5 levels, and the meter accuracy for pressure control should comply with the requirements of 5.13.1. The nominal diameter of the pressure gauge housing should not be less than 100mm.
3. Appearance and logo
1 Equipment appearance
1) There should be no obvious defects such as bumps, scars, deformations, etc. on the outer surface of each component of the equipment.
2 ) The equipment coating should be complete and beautiful. The surface coating color of similar components should be consistent.
2 Equipment ID
1) Equipment signs should be set up, and the signs should comply with the requirements of 8.1.
2 ) The content of the signboards of each component of the equipment should be clear and complete.
3) Warning signs should be placed in places where the equipment may endanger personal safety and where improper operation and incorrect operation should be prevented, and the signs should be clear and eye-catching.
4 ) The equipment water supply pipeline should spray arrows that identify the direction of the water flow.
4. Control function
1 Pressure-regulated operation
1) Gas replenishment equipment should have interlocking functions of water supply pressure control and water level control in the tank.
2) within the working pressure range of p3~p4 and the change range of the pneumatic water tank level, the deviation between the set pressure of the equipment and the measured pressure and the repetitive deviation measured for different pressure disturbances should not be greater than 0.02MPa. The repeatability deviation of liquid level control should not be greater than 1.0cm.
3) Equipment with fire water level control function, when the water level of the water level in the fire fighting pool is below the set limit, the equipment should automatically stop the working of the pressure stabilization pump and issue a water shortage alarm signal. If there is a fire alarm, it should not affect the start-up and operation of the fire pump group.
4 ) The pressure stabilizing pump group should adopt alternating operation mode. After the fire fighting operation state is put into operation, the pressure stabilization pump group should stop working.
2 Fire operation status startup method
1) The equipment should have the function of manually starting the fire operation status through the emergency start device (button) set in the control cabinet.
2 ) The device should have the function of manually remote controller (button) to urgently start the fire operation state.
3 ) When one of the following conditions is met, the fire pump group should be automatically started:
a) When the equipment outlet pressure lasts for 10s and is lower than the set fire start pressure P2;
b) When the equipment receives both the fire water flow alarm signal and the fire low pressure alarm signal;
c) When the equipment receives one of the fire water flow alarm signal or the fire low pressure alarm signal, and also receives an external fire automatic alarm signal.
4 ) When the outlet pressure of emergency equipment reaches the fire start pressure p2, the equipment should output a fire alarm signal.
3 Fire operation status exit mode
1 ) When starting the fire pump group manually, the shutdown should be done manually.
2 ) When starting the fire pump group automatically, unless the equipment outlet pressure continues to lose pressure for more than 5 minutes, the shutdown should be manually operated.
3 ) The equipment should have a fire pump group manual emergency shutdown controller (button) to exit fire.
4 Water pump switching
1 ) When the voltage stabilization working pump has an electrical fault or cannot achieve its due capacity, the voltage stabilization backup pump should be able to switch automatically and manually.
2 ) When an electrical failure occurs in a fire-fighting working pump or cannot achieve its due capacity, the fire-fighting standby pump should be able to switch automatically and manually.
5 Inspection
1) The equipment should have manual inspection and inspection prompt functions, and its inspection prompt period should be set as needed, but the maximum period should not exceed 360h.
2 ) The operation method of patrol inspection should be simple and should be stipulated in the "Operation Instructions".
3 ) During inspection, fire pumps should start and run one by one, and each pump should not run under the rated operating conditions for less than 2 minutes.
4) If there is a fault during inspection, there should be audio and light alarms.
6 Running Record
1 ) The operation recording device should be set up in the control cabinet of the equipment.
2 ) The information recorded should at least include the equipment outlet pressure, alarm and fault type and time, the working status of the fire pump group, etc.
3 ) The acquisition interval between recording information should not exceed 6 hours, and the storage capacity of the recording device should meet the requirement that continuous recording should not be less than 180d.
4 ) The recording device should set up a standard data output port, and its internal stored data should be exported, displayed and stored.
5. Water supply capacity
1 Air pressure water tank water supply
1) is tested according to the provisions of 6.6.1, and the effective water volume of the equipment should not be less than the nominal value.
2 ) is tested according to the requirements of 6.6.2. The replenished water volume should not be less than 150L, and the buffered water volume should not be less than 150L.
2 Pump group water supply
1 ) The pressure-regulating pump group should complete the replenishment of the replenished water volume V1 within 30s to 300s. When the pressure-regulating pump group reaches 125% nominal flow rate, the outlet pressure should not be greater than 65% of the nominal working pressure of the pump group.
2) The flow rate of the fire pump group under the rated working pressure of fire fighting px should not be less than the rated working flow rate of fire fighting Qx.
3) When the fire pump group reaches 150% fire rated working flow QI, the equipment outlet pressure should not be lower than 50% of the fire rated working pressure px.
4 ) The fire pump group running in parallel should not be less than 90% of the sum of the flow rate of a single pump group under this pressure according to the rated working pressure of firefighting Px.
6. Continuous operation
1 Voltage stabilization operation stability
The equipment should be continuously run for 24 hours in accordance with the prescribed test methods, and the equipment should not cause any failure.
2 Fire pump group operation stability
Fire pump group runs continuously for 6 hours under the fire rated working pressure px, and the pump group and control system should not cause any failure.
3 Fire pump group starts continuously
Fire pump group starts continuously 6 times through the emergency start button on the control cabinet panel. The pump group and control system should not cause any failure.
7. Sealing performance
1 Water pressure sealing
Components that bear water pressure during the operation of the equipment shall be subject to water pressure sealing test of 1.1 times the maximum working pressure of the equipment for 15 minutes and should not leak.
2 Air pressure sealing
Components that bear air pressure during the operation of the equipment shall be kept for 15 minutes during the air pressure sealing test of 1.1 times the maximum working pressure of the equipment and shall not leak.
8. Water pressure strength
The components that bear water pressure during the operation of the equipment shall be tested for 5 minutes during the hydrostatic pressure strength test of the highest working pressure of the equipment for 5 minutes, and there shall be no leakage, no macroscopic deformation or damage.
9. Operation noise
The maximum noise in the voltage-regulated operating state of the device should not exceed 90dB (A).
10. Air pressure water tank
1 Pressure display
1) Air pressure water tank should be equipped with pressure display and control instruments.
2) The pressure port of the gas-replenishing gas pressure water tank should be set below the lower limit of the pressure-regulating water level; the pressure port of the capsule-type gas pressure water tank should be set at the top of the tank, and the water pressure in the tank should be measured.
3) The monitoring of the inflation pressure in the capsule air pressure water tank should be simple, and the operation method should be stipulated in the "Operation Instructions".
2 Liquid level display
1 ) The liquid level display in the gas-replenishing air pressure tank should be clear and intuitive. The liquid level display using a liquid level controller should comply with the requirements of 5.13.4.
2) The liquid level display range of the horizontal air pressure water tank should not be less than 50% of the diameter of the tank, and the liquid level display range of the vertical air pressure water tank should not be less than 50% of the total height of the tank.
3 Gas replenishment device
1) is tested according to the provisions of 6.7.1, and the device should be able to complete the normal working cycle. The air replenishment valve, automatic drain valve, automatic exhaust valve, balance valve and other moving parts in the device should be sensitive and reliable, and all components should not be damaged.
2 ) Use air compressor to replenish air equipment, the maximum working pressure of the selected air compressor should not exceed 1.25 times the maximum working pressure of the air pressure tank.
4 Gas stop device
1 ) The operation of the gas stop device should be accurate and reliable. After the gas stop device is operated, there should be no gas leakage at the equipment outlet.
2 ) is tested according to the provisions of 6.11.5. The pressure drop in the air pressure tank should not be greater than 2% of the upper limit of the pressure stabilization pressure p4.
5 Capsule
1) The physical and chemical properties of capsule materials should meet the requirements of GB/T 528.
2) The capsule shall be subjected to a water pressure strength test according to the provisions of 6.11.6 and shall not rupture.
6 Water outlet
0 The diameter of the air pressure tank water outlet is calculated and determined according to the maximum fire water supply flow, and its nominal diameter should not be less than 100mm.
11. Water pump unit
1 Pressure stabilization pump group
1 ) The material of the pressure stabilization pump should comply with the requirements of GB 6245.
2 ) The pressure stabilization pump group should be equipped with a backup pump group, and the nominal working capacity of the backup pump and the working pump should be the same.
3 ) The nominal flow rate of a single pump group of the pressure stabilizer pump should not be greater than 5L/s, and the nominal outlet pressure should not be lower than (p4+p3)/2, and should not be higher than p4.
2 Fire Pump Group
1 ) The performance of the fire Pump Group should comply with the requirements of GB 6245.
2) The configuration ratio of fire pump group should not exceed two use and one backup, and the nominal working capacity of backup pumps and working pumps should be the same.
3 ) The nominal flow rate of a single pump group of fire pumps should not be less than 10L/s, and the nominal outlet pressure should not be lower than the rated fire fighting pressure px.
12. Pipe valves and accessories
1 Pump group water inlet pipe
1) Equipment should be equipped with a dual annular water inlet pipe, gate valves should be installed at the inlet ends of the two water inlet pipes, and the diameter of the water inlet pipes should reach the one-way pipeline to meet all shared water inlet pipe pump groups.
2) A vacuum pressure gauge should be installed at the water inlet or water inlet pipe of the pump group.
3 ) Equipment for installing filter devices in the water inlet pipeline, the filter device should not affect the water intake of the pump group.
2 Pump group water outlet pipe
1 ) The nominal diameter of the pipeline valve installed at the pump group water outlet should be greater than the pump outlet diameter.
2 ) The combination of valves and pipeline accessories installed in the water outlet of the pump group shall not exceed 5% of the nominal pressure of the pump group under the nominal flow rate of the pump group.
3) The pump group water outlet should have measures to ensure the safe start of the end air pipe.
4) The pump group water outlet pipeline should be equipped with a pressure gauge, and the pressure gauge range should not be less than 2 times the sum of the maximum working pressure of the pump group and the maximum allowable inlet pressure.
3 Air pressure water tank outlet pipe
1) The air pressure water tank outlet should be equipped with maintenance valves.
2) Measures should be set at the outlet of the air-pressure water tank to prevent fire-fighting water from flowing back into the tank.
4 Equipment water outlet pipe
1 ) The equipment should be equipped with double water outlets, and maintenance valves should be installed at the equipment outlet. The nominal diameter of the pipeline should not be less than the largest water outlet diameter of the air pressure water tank or water pump unit.
2) The main pipe of the equipment outlet water duct should be equipped with a fire pressure control instrument pressure acquisition port.
5 Inspection pipeline
1 ) The equipment should have at least one inspection pipeline.
2 ) The diameter of the inspection pipeline should not be smaller than the diameter of the fire pump group water outlet.
3) Manual pressure regulating valves should be installed in the inspection pipeline.
6 Safety Pressure Relief Valve
1) The equipment's water outlet main pipeline should be equipped with a safety pressure relief valve, the opening pressure should not be greater than 110% of the maximum working pressure of the equipment, and the return seat pressure should not be lower than 85% of the maximum working pressure of the equipment.
2) The effective overflow area of the safety pressure relief valve should meet the pressure relief requirements, and the nominal diameter should not be less than 50mm.
7 Reverse flow preventer
1) The equipment for taking water from the municipal pipeline network should be equipped with a reversing preventer at the inlet end.
2 ) The backflow preventer should be able to be inspected and maintained online. The inspection cycle and maintenance methods should be specified in the "Operation Instructions".
3 ) The performance of the backflow preventer should comply with the requirements of CJ/T 160.
13. Control instrument
1 Pressure control instrument
1) The accuracy of the pressure sensor should not be lower than 1.5 level, and the upper range limit should not be less than 1.5 times the maximum working pressure of the equipment.
2 ) The accuracy of the remote transmission pressure gauge should not be lower than 1.6 level, and the upper range limit should not be less than 1.5 times the maximum working pressure of the equipment. Its minimum display value should be able to meet the pressure control requirements.
3 ) The accuracy of the electrical contact pressure gauge should not be lower than 1.6 level, the upper range limit should not be less than 1.5 times the maximum working pressure of the equipment, and the control voltage range should be at least 3 times the minimum display value.
4 ) During the voltage control process of electrical contact pressure gauge, the pointer should not stagnate or jump.
2 Pressure switch
Pressure switch performance should comply with the requirements of GB 5135.10.
3 Water flow indicator
Water flow indicator performance should comply with the requirements of GB 5135.7.
4 Liquid Level Control Instrument
1) The measurement range of the liquid level control instrument should meet the control requirements, and the minimum display value should not be greater than 10mm.
2) The nominal pressure of the liquid level control instrument configured in the air pressure water tank should not be lower than the maximum working pressure of the air pressure water tank.
14. Control device
1 Control cabinet
1 ) The cabinet body should be a frame structure and its external dimensions should comply with the requirements of GB/T 3047.1.
2) The cabinet protection level should not be lower than IP31 in GB 4208.
3 ) The surface of the cabinet should be flat, the coating should be beautiful, the color should be uniform, and there should be no bubbles, cracks and flow marks.
4) The inside of the cabinet door should be a random technical document storage place, and lighting facilities should be installed inside the cabinet body.
5 ) The opening angle of the cabinet door should not be less than 150°, and it should be flexible to open.
6 ) The display of the control panel should meet the needs of the control function, and the settings should be concise, and all instructions should be clear and eye-catching. The buttons, switches and instruments on the control panel should be easy to observe or operate and should have functional markings. The emergency operation button should be set independently of the partition and should be set to prevent the operation of the error.
7 ) The control panel has a human-machine interface device, and its interface should be Chinese, clear and easy to operate.
8) Audible and light alarm facilities should be set up for fire alarms and operational failures. There should be a clear difference between fire alarm and fault alarm sound. The test shall be carried out according to regulations, and the fire alarm sound shall not be less than 90dB (A).
9 ) The mechanical control mechanism should operate lightly and reliably, and the control handle should be equipped with a status marking indication.
2 Wiring
1 ) The connection lines of all wiring points should be firm. The conductor connected to the electrical components on the door, the opening and closing action of the door should not cause any mechanical damage to the conductor.
2 ) The end of the connecting wire should be marked with the circuit mark, and the mark mark should be clear, firm, complete and not decolorized.
3) The main circuit busbar and insulated wire in the control cabinet shall be marked with color and shall comply with the requirements of Table 1.

3 electrical gap and creepage distance
For the control cabinet that indicates the rated impact withstand voltage value, the minimum electrical gap and creepage distance should comply with the requirements of GB 7251.1.
If the control cabinet with the rated impact withstand voltage value is not indicated, its minimum electrical clearance and creepage distance shall comply with the requirements of GB/T 3797.
4 Insulation resistance and dielectric performance
The insulation resistance and dielectric performance of the control cabinet shall comply with the requirements of GB/T 3797.
5 Dual-channel power supply
control cabinet should have a dual-channel power inlet, and the dual-channel power supply should be able to switch automatically and manually.
6 Protection
1) The control cabinet should have anti-electric shock protection measures.
2 ) The short circuits occurring in any group of output terminals during normal operation of the control cabinet shall not cause any damage to the control cabinet and its components, and shall not affect the normal operation of other output terminals.
3 ) The operating circuit of the voltage stabilizing pump group and the inspection and operation circuit of the fire pump group should be equipped with overload protection. The fire operation circuit of the fire pump group should not be equipped with overload protection.
4 ) The metal structure of the control cabinet should be equipped with a safety ground terminal, and the cross-sectional area of the protective conductor connected to the grounding point should comply with the provisions of Table 2 and be marked with warning signs and line number.

5 ) The control circuit should ensure that the control cabinet is not damaged when the electrical appliance fails or operating incorrectly.
7 Input and output terminal
1) Input and output terminal strips should be centrally set in the control cabinet, and the terminal strip position should be convenient for wiring.
2) The output terminal should be set at least the output terminals of the equipment operation state, the water pump working state and the fault state.
3 ) The input terminal should be at least a fire alarm signal input terminal.
8 Fire pump group start circuit
1 ) Each fire pump group should have an independent start circuit.
2 ) The full voltage start circuit should be equipped with an electromagnetic contactor, and its operating voltage should be directly provided by the main power supply circuit.
3) The step-down startup circuit should not use an autotransformer.
9 Environmental adaptability
1) The control cabinet shall pass the low-temperature test, high-temperature test and constant humidity and heat test specified in Table 3. No faults affecting normal operation should occur during or after the test.

2) The control cabinet is subject to vibration resistance test according to 6.15.8. After the test, the cabinet structure and internal parts should be intact and should not cause any faults that affect normal work.
3 ) The control cabinet is simulated and transport test according to 6.15.9. After the test, the cabinet body should not show obvious deformation and the parts should not fall off.
