1. Registration conditions
(I) Persons who meet the following conditions can register for the national unified legal professional qualification examination:

(II) Personnel who have any of the following circumstances shall not register for the national unified legal professional qualification examination:
1. Those who have been criminally punished for intentional crimes;
2. Those who have been dismissed from public office or have been revoked for lawyers' professional certificate or notarization of ;

4. If a person in any of the circumstances specified in the preceding paragraph has completed the registration procedures, the registration will be invalid; if he has taken the exam, the examination results will be invalid.
A person who has obtained a Class A legal professional qualification certificate shall not register for the 2022 National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination.
(III) Those who retain valid results in the 2021 objective test. Those whose objective test scores of the 2021 National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination reach the national unified pass score or the pass score is relaxed will be valid in the 2022 National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination. 2. Objective question test
(I) Registration method and time
The objective question test of the 2022 National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination is implemented online, and the registration time is from 0:00 on June 16 to 18:00 on June 30. 6. Other materials required by the judicial administrative authority . Registerers shall fill in personal information truthfully and accurately, make real and effective commitments to the registration information, and be responsible for the authenticity of the substantive content of the submitted materials. When registering online for full-time undergraduate graduates of ordinary universities and military colleges and universities in 2023 and fresh graduates who apply with the same academic qualifications, they should sign the "Fresh Graduate Commitment Letter". (III) Pay the examination fee and choose the registration place
The examination fee for objective questions is paid online, and the deadline for online payment of objective questions is 18:00 on July 4th. After paying the examination fee for the objective test, the registration place shall not be changed.

Examination candidates should log in to the official website of the Ministry of Justice from September 24 to September 28 to confirm taking the subjective exam and pay the examination fee according to regulations. If the deadline is not confirmed or the fees are not paid, the reimbursement will not be reported.

4. Legal professional qualification review and certification
People who retain valid results in the 2021 objective test, and those who pass the 2022 objective test, who participate in the 2022 subjective test and obtain qualified results, and those who have passed the 2022 subjective test, who have passed the examination and obtained the qualification award after review, shall be approved by the judicial authorities, and shall meet the qualification award conditions. 5. Other matters
(1) When the candidates take the objective and subjective questions, they must bring their admission ticket and a valid resident ID card to participate in the exam.
(II) Both objective and subjective tests are subject to "pure test". All examination rooms are equipped with examination supplies. In addition to the admission ticket and valid resident ID card, candidates are strictly prohibited from using any other items (such as mobile phones, electronic products, handbags, etc., except for the admission ticket and valid resident ID card. ) Take it to the examination room, otherwise it will be treated as a violation of discipline.

The Ministry of Justice, together with the Political and Legal Committee of the Central Military Commission, conducts unified verification of relevant information of active-duty soldiers. (V) The 2022 National Unified Legal Professional Qualification Examination will not be announced and the reference answers will be given. After the subjective test results are announced, if the candidates have any objections to the test scores, they may submit a written application for score verification to the judicial administrative authority of the registration place within 15 days from the date of the announcement of the test scores.
(VI) Before the relevant regulations on the organization and implementation of the national unified legal professional qualification examination shall be applied, the relevant regulations on the original national judicial examination shall be applied.
(7) The "2022 National Unified Legal Vocational Qualification Examination Outline" formulated and published by the Ministry of Justice can be used as the basis for preparing for the exam for the exam.
