3. Application conditions and requirements

10. Public announcement and recruitment
(I) Public announcement
The autonomous region’s directly affiliated organs (public units), relevant competent departments of the autonomous region and the civil servant departments of the league and city determine the candidates’ candidates based on the total examination scores, physical examination results and inspection status of the applicants. , report to the civil servant department of the autonomous region according to management authority. (III) Probation period
The probation period for newly recruited civil servants (public personnel) is 1 year, calculated from the date of registration. During the probation period of newly recruited civil servants (participants in public) shall be managed in accordance with relevant requirements such as the Civil Servants Law, the Civil Servant Recruitment Regulations and the "Management Measures for the Probation Period of newly recruited civil servants (Trial)". Newly recruited civil servants (public personnel) should be arranged to work in the recruitment position. Generally, the positions are not adjusted, they shall not be seconded to other agencies (units), and they shall not participate in resignation studies outside the regulations.
