According to the provisions of the overseas Vietnamese persons entering and exit, transit and residence law, foreign personnel working in various Vietnamese enterprises and projects must apply for a visa from the Entry and Exit Administration of the Ministry of Public Security when entering Vietnam.
Visa and visa period shall be decided by Entry and Exit Administration. After approval by , the Vietnamese Ministry of Public Security , foreign personnel can obtain visas from foreign institutions in Vietnam.
