"Sudden Mutation" first poster
The Korean new film "Sudden Mutation" recently revealed the first poster, with three starring actors Lee Kwang-soo, Lee Tin-hee and Park Bo-young appearing, especially Lee Kwang-soo playing The fishman attracted the audience's attention. The film is also scheduled to be released in South Korea on October 22.
This film tells the story of the side effects of new drug development human experiments causing human body mutation. "Sudden Mutation" is a part of the "Butterfly Project" organized by CJ EM to discover talented newcomers. It is the first phase of the project jointly organized by CJ EM and the Korean School of Arts. The director of the film, Kwon Wukong, was the screenwriter of the first Korean short film "Safe" in the Cannes International Film Festival short film unit.
The film was also invited to participate in the 40th Toronto International Film Festival and will be unveiled in the "Open Cinema" unit of the 20th Busan International Film Festival, which opened on October 1.
