Can National V cars still be on the road?
In the short term, those car owners who use National V emission standards will be relatively less pressure. After the implementation of the National VI standard, vehicles with the National V standard of can drive on the road normally. The current standard is still the current emission standard in various places. The residual value of in your vehicle will be relatively stable. After some regions implement the National VI standard in advance, it may be difficult for vehicles with lower emission standards to be transferred, which has become their restriction on the circulation of used cars.
Since the number of emissions of National III and National IV remains considerable, the early implementation of emissions of National VI will undoubtedly have a certain impact on the prices of used cars.
According to previous market rules, in addition to some special models (such as limited sports cars, rare and sought-after models or special vehicles, the older the emission standards, the depreciation speed of models will also accelerate.
Therefore, for owners of National III and National IV standard vehicles with ten or more years of age, the idea of changing cars or upgrading new cars will be more urgent.
