About the 2022 " Internet + invoice prizes"
Supplementary Announcement of the Activities
Since the launch of the 2022 Hunan Province “Internet + Invoices with Prizes” (hereinafter referred to as “Invoices with Prizes”) activity, it has effectively mobilized consumption enthusiasm and created a good atmosphere for mass consumption and civilized consumption during the epidemic prevention and control period. In order to further enhance the effect of the "Invoices with Prizes" activity and ensure the fairness and reasonableness of the results of the "Invoices with Prizes" activity, the "Hunan Provincial Department of Finance Announcement of the Hunan Provincial Taxation Bureau of the State Administration of Taxation on Launching the “Promote Consumption, Issue Invoices, and Win Big Prizes” – the 2022 “Internet + Invoice Prizes” Activity (No. 6, 2022). The relevant supplementary announcement is as follows:
1. Participation method
Follow the "Hunan Finance" and "Hunan Tax" WeChat public accounts, enter the "Prize Invoice" button below the official account, and you can enter the Hunan Tax Prize Invoice System (it is suspended to participate in " invoice through the "Hunan Tax" Alipay Life Account) Award” activity). After completing the real-name authentication, you can participate in the "Invoice Prizes" activity.
2. Participation conditions
In addition to the "Announcement of the Hunan Provincial Department of Finance, the State Administration of Taxation, and the Hunan Provincial Taxation Bureau on launching the "Promote Consumption, Issue Invoices, and Win Big Prizes" - the 2022 "Internet + Invoice Prizes" Activity" (2022 No. 6), invoices with the words "non-taxable" in the "tax rate" column of the invoices are not allowed to participate in the "Invoices with Prizes" activity.
3. Winning mechanism
For every 100 yuan increase in face value of participating VAT ordinary invoices , VAT electronic ordinary invoices and VAT roll-type invoices, For every 5,000 yuan increase in the face value of the unified motor vehicle sales invoice, there will be one more chance to win the prize (if the face value of the unified motor vehicle sales invoice is greater than or equal to 100 yuan and less than 5,000 yuan, there will be one chance to win the prize). The larger the face value of the invoice, the more chance the prize will be drawn. The more opportunities there are. A single invoice can win a maximum of one prize in a single draw, with the highest prize being awarded. In the secondary lottery, each consumer can win at most once per issue.
4. Notes: If
uses or obtains other people's invoices (including invoice information) to participate in the "Invoices with Prizes" activity, his or her qualifications to participate in the "Invoices with Prizes" activity will be cancelled; if the bonus has been redeemed, the redeemed bonus will be recovered. Illegal activities such as false issuance and arbitrage of invoices discovered during the event will be investigated and dealt with strictly in accordance with laws and regulations.
From September 1, 2022, natural person consumers who obtain invoices to participate in the "Invoice Prizes" activity will be implemented in accordance with this announcement.
