According to Cambodian media, on the morning of July 6, the murderer suspected of firing 12 shots and killing a man in a villa in BKK District, Phnom Penh City, was arrested while having breakfast in a restaurant in Kandal Province.
It is reported that the murderer is Ou Suupi, male, 35 years old, who is the bodyguard of a certain lord; the victim is Guangpi Se, male, 42 years old, who is the driver of a certain lord.
It is understood that although the two had conflicts, the victim and the murderer had never had a serious verbal conflict before, but they would not speak to each other.
Before the incident, the victim was sitting on a chair at the villa sentry. Suddenly, the murderer rode a motorcycle outside the villa, took out a gun and shot the victim 12 times, and then immediately fled the scene on a motorcycle.
After the incident, the local police rushed to the scene to conduct an investigation and autopsy, and then handed the body over to the victim's family for funeral arrangements.
