Old fans know that I am a serious fan of Club Med. I have been to all Club Med resorts in the country except Beidahu . Club Med has become synonymous with “saving worry and effort” in my mind. My McDull is a ski enthusiast, so I have been paying close attention to the newly opened Changbai Mountain Resort. But my baby can't go to school at the same time, so I simply go on a flying trip by myself. Having left my baby behind, I can fully experience the various facilities in the village. It is really convenient to fly from Beijing to Club Med Resort. It takes less than half an hour to transfer from the airport to the hotel. As soon as you enter the lobby, you will be greeted by enthusiastic service staff. Although you are wearing a mask, you can still feel their warm smiles. Club Med's warm service is really the standard for all villages.
You must know that most of Club Med's resorts are actually acquired and transformed from old hotels, but Changbai Mountain Resort is very different. This is a brand-new resort . This Luneng resort is actually a large provincial resort on the southern slope of Changbai Mountain. It is backed by Changbai Mountain, a major tourist city, and its tourism resources are obviously not comparable to those of ordinary villages. Club Med is also the only hotel in Luneng Resort where you can soak in hot springs without leaving the front door.

A ski coach who stayed at Beidahu Ski Resort last year told me that not only did she like the quality of the powder snow here, but she also liked that it was “not cold” at all when skiing here. In fact, it is because the ski resort of Changbai Mountain Luneng Resort is located in the leeward area. Here you will not be blown into a mess while standing on the top of the mountain, and you can still enjoy the bright sunshine while skiing.
I also carefully studied the ski trails, and found that both the number and length of the ski trails were far less than those in Yabuli we went to before. There was no advanced trail, and even the altitude was about the same as Beijing Nanshan Ski Resort. But it’s because of this that I unlocked the second favorite feature of : a completely family-friendly ski resort.
In addition to 4 introductory trails, 4 intermediate trails and 1 terrain park, 2 snow amusement parks and 1 children's ice and snow garden are also specially set up to greatly increase the fun of playing in the snow, allowing children to ski in a safe and fun way Basic essentials of site learning. Such rich and diverse snow entertainment facilities are not available in other Club Med, or even in Chongli, which has numerous ski resorts.
Changbai Mountain Club Med shares the same ski resort with surrounding hotels, but it has its own ski lobby and even lockers corresponding to room numbers. If you bring your own ski equipment, you can go to the ski equipment hall to put it away one night in advance. Based on my experience of taking my baby to change into snow clothes, it is really worry-free to have to drag my baby through the crowds to queue up to rent an refrigerator and change equipment in a crowded ski equipment hall. Although the rental of ski equipment/snow suits requires an additional fee, but the coaching is completely free. The resort's all-inclusive price includes ski resort fees, cable car fees and coaching fees.
I think the most cost-effective one is here, because the teachers here are all professional coaches certified by the French ESF ski school. It turns out that hiring a coach for children usually takes three to four hundred and one hours. It's hard on your wallet all the time, so covering the coaching fee can really save you a lot of money! And I find that many adults are reluctant to hire a coach for themselves.If you come to Club Med Ski Resort, even adults can take formal classes and learn the standard moves.
I have taken McDull to other ski resorts in Club Med before, and the children will be divided into groups according to their level before skiing lessons. However, because McDull had never met such a high-level friend in skiing, a child was also given a separate lesson by the coach, and it became her private lesson.

In fact, skiing is very physically demanding. If you ski all day and then soak in a hot spring for an hour, it is perfect. For children, the hot springs are a place where they can never have enough fun. They can simply soak in them for a whole day and not come out.
There are more than 3,000 square meters of luxury hot springs here, including public spa areas, Chinese herbal baths and other functions, with a total of 42 indoor and outdoor pools. Because winter is still relatively cold, the outdoor open-air hot spring pool will be opened this summer.

UTV can be driven on the snow off-road by yourself, crossing the snowy mountains and forests. This wild driving fun is unprecedented. Each team of vehicles will be equipped with a team leader, and the vehicles are also equipped with strong safety belts, so safety is still very guaranteed.
There are many route options for snow crossing, and the longest one can actually challenge a 4-hour route.
We got up before six o'clock in the morning the other day. Traffic Tips
Method 1: Airplane
There are direct flights from Beijing every day, and you can also transfer to Changbai Mountain from all over the country. It only takes about 30 minutes to drive from Changbaishan Airport to Club Med Resort. You can take the Luneng Resort's bus (free transfer) or book a car yourself. This is the most recommended mode of transportation.
Method 2: High-speed rail
Changbai Mountain also has a high-speed rail station, which can be reached directly by train from Beijing, Tianjin, Changchun, Harbin, Shenyang, Jinan and other places. But it still takes more than 2 hours to drive from Changbaishan High-speed Railway Station to the resort. It’s a bit fiddly, but it also provides a new option.
Other tips
. Club Med’s all-inclusive package does not include ski equipment and snow clothing. Helmets, snowshoes, snowboards, and snowball fights can all be rented at the resort.
. For hygiene reasons, it is recommended to wear your own snow suit. Although buying a snow suit is not cheap, the investment is worth it. In addition, ski goggles and gloves cannot be rented in the village, so be sure to bring them yourself.
