Liu Yinghong
Liu Yinghong, female, Han nationality , born in August 1969, native of Beijing, graduate degree, master's degree in English language and literature. Mass, started working in July 1991, and currently serves as an associate professor at the School of Foreign Languages, Northwest University of Political Science and Law. He has won many honors, including the Advanced Individual in Teacher Ethics of Northwest University of Political Science and Law, the Young Teaching Distinguished Teacher of Northwest University of Political Science and Law, and the First Prize for Teaching Achievements of Northwest University of Political Science and Law.

Li Guihua
Li Guihua, female, Han nationality, born in December 1976, native of Dingyuan, Anhui, postgraduate degree, PhD in constitutional law and administrative law. A member of the Democratic League, he started working in July 2001 and is currently the director and professor of the Scientific Research Office of Northwest University of Political Science and Law. He has successively won the title of Advanced Individual in the United Front Work Department of the CPC Shaanxi Provincial Committee and the Education Working Committee of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the CPC in the theme activity of “Together, Catching Up and Surpassing to Help Poverty Alleviation”, Advanced Individual in Information Work of the Shaanxi Provincial Party Committee System, and Shaanxi Universities Outstanding Achievements in Humanities and Social Sciences First prize, model member of the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the China Democratic League, and many other honors.

Li Jinwu
Li Jinwu, male, Hui nationality, was born in October 1981 in Huguan, Shanxi. He has a postgraduate degree and a master's degree in education. A member of the China Democratic National Construction Association, he started working in July 2004 and is currently the academic secretary of the School of Economics of Northwest University of Political Science and Law. He has won many honors, including the first prize team instructor in the National College Student Financial Elite Challenge, the outstanding worker in the National Business Education Subject Competition, and the advanced worker of Northwest University of Political Science and Law.

Li Xiaoning
Li Xiaoning, female, Han nationality, born in May 1976, from Fufeng, Shaanxi, graduate degree, Ph.D. in economics. A member of the Peasants and Workers' Party, he started working in July 2002 and is currently the dean and professor of the Business School of Northwest University of Political Science and Law. He has successively won the Shaanxi Provincial Department of Science and Technology Young Science and Technology Star, the Shaanxi Provincial Higher Education Teaching Achievement First Prize, the Shaanxi University Humanities and Social Sciences Research Award third prize, the Shaanxi Provincial United Front Theory Research Achievements third prize, and the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Peasants and Workers’ Party’s New Era Outstanding Award. Young Peasant and Workers Party member, Advanced Individual in Teacher Ethics of Northwest University of Political Science and Law, Chang'an Young Scholar of Northwest University of Political Science and Law, Distinguished Teaching Teacher of Northwest University of Political Science and Law and many other honors and titles.

Zhang Xi'an
Zhang Xi'an, male, Han nationality, born in March 1966, from Lantian, Shaanxi, has a postgraduate degree and a master's degree in law. He is a member of the Kuomintang Revolutionary Committee and an associate professor. He started working in July 1987 and is currently a teacher at the Civil and Commercial Law School of Northwest University of Political Science and Law. He has won many honors such as the National Outstanding Legal Clinic Teacher, the Shaanxi Provincial Committee of the Kuomintang’s Revolutionary Party and the Advanced Individual in Participating in Government Affairs. He has been named the Outstanding People’s Congress Representative of Yanta District for three consecutive years.

Jinshan
Jinshan, male, Han nationality, born in February 1976, from Qishan, Shaanxi, university degree, master's degree in food engineering.. A member of the Communist Party of China, he started working in July 2000. He is currently the vice chairman of the trade union of Northwest University of Political Science and Law, secretary of the community party branch, and director of the neighborhood committee. He has been awarded the title of National Advanced Model of Red Cross Volunteer Service, Outstanding Communist Party Member of the Province’s Universities, Second Prize for Outstanding Achievements in Ideological and Political Work in Shaanxi Province, Outstanding Trade Union Worker in the Province’s Education, Science, Culture, Health and Sports System, Outstanding Trade Union Worker in the Province’s Education System, Excellent Communist Party member of Northwest University of Political Science and Law, advanced worker of Northwest University of Political Science and Law, outstanding party worker of Changyanbao Street in Yanta District, outstanding Communist Party member of Changyanbao Street of Yanta District, and many other honors.
