Young recruits should be careful and don’t eat hot pot randomly
In the summer weather, many people say that sweating more to detoxify is a good choice. It would be great if you can invite a few friends to have a hot pot meal to sweat.
However, for students who want to join the army, they must eat less hot pot before the physical examination!
Food that is too hot can damage mucous membranes, and the temperature of hot pot soup can easily burn the mucous membranes of the mouth, tongue, esophagus and stomach. Some people who already have recurrent aphthous ulcers are prone to getting angry after eating hot pot, which increases the chance of developing aphthous ulcers several times, or the original oral mucosal inflammation worsens.
Young applicants, although hot pot is delicious, you should avoid the physical examination period!
02
Young recruits should be careful not to eat barbecue skewers
Every summer, the charcoal smoke from the street grills begins to fill the air, and "skewering" seems to have become an indispensable "standard" in summer. However, due to the high temperatures in summer, food can easily go bad if not stored properly, and in severe cases, it may even become moldy, wormy, or sour! But once it’s “packaged” by frying and roasting, it’s hard to tell whether the quality is good or bad!
If you talk too much before the physical examination and don't suffer from vomiting or diarrhea, then you may have to say goodbye to the military career.
"Physical Examination Standards for Citizens Recruited" Chapter 2 Internal Medicine Article 22 stipulates: Severe chronic gastric and intestinal diseases, diseases of the liver, gallbladder, spleen, pancreas, visceral ptosis, and abdominal masses are disqualified.
03
Young recruits, please be careful, don’t eat seafood randomly
Taking some friends with you, chewing spicy seafood...Young recruits, please be careful!
There are many parasites in general aquatic products. Eating undercooked or semi-cooked food is prone to a series of parasitic infections. Seawater shellfish such as scallops and snails produce and accumulate "shellfish toxins" in their bodies due to ingestion of toxic algae in red tides or symbiosis with toxic algae. Be careful when eating seawater shellfish.
Roadside stalls, food stalls, takeaway shops on mobile phones, seafood poisoning, vomiting and diarrhea, persistent high fever, acute and chronic gastroenteritis ... These things may sound far away from you, but once they happen, As you are about to take the physical examination, your dream of military service is basically in vain.
04
Young recruits should be careful not to eat cold or cold food.
There is nothing better than eating iced watermelon while enjoying the cold air conditioner. However, for the young candidates who are preparing to take the examination, it is very pleasant to eat raw and cold food in summer, but it is also very harmful to the body!
The diseases most likely to be caused by cold drinks and cold foods are acute and chronic gastroenteritis, nausea and vomiting, hot hair and cold sweats, abdominal pain and chills, etc. If the condition is not treated in time and aggravated, it will lead to shock or even death!
In addition to these raw and cold foods, leftovers placed in the refrigerator should also be eaten with caution. If you are not careful, you may get food poisoning, because even if the food is refrigerated, the bacteria and fungi they carry will continue to multiply. It’s best not to eat the food!
05
Young recruits should be careful and don’t take medicines randomly
After reading the above few forbidden foods, some students asked: If I get sick from eating, can’t I just take some medicine quickly?
But the ancients said: "There are three parts of medicine that are poisonous." It is either poisonous to the kidneys or poisonous to the liver.
Moreover, some cold or asthma and cough medicines such as cough drops, crack, Baijiahei, Combid, Keterin, licorice tablets, and Xincontac contain morphine and codeine, which are completely metabolized in the body. It will take almost a week to finish! Cephalosporins, which are antibiotics that many people take, have different metabolisms in the body due to different drug components. If you are still taking them one week before the physical examination, drug residues may be found in the blood and urine during the physical examination. ingredients, affecting the accuracy of the results.
Important reminder here:
Be sure to consult a doctor before taking cold medicines, anti-inflammatory drugs and antibiotics! Don't just take a few pills and make do with it. When you need to take medicine during the period before the physical examination, remember to see a doctor and inform you that you are going to participate in the military recruitment physical examination. Ask about medication, and don’t take it randomly!
