1. Recruitment positions

Environmental supervision post, mainly engaged in law enforcement assistance work, need to cooperate with night duty, supervision and law enforcement, male , 5 .

● Persons who do not meet the requirements for the recruitment position;

● Non-fresh graduates from full-time ordinary colleges and universities, active military personnel;

4. Recruitment procedures

Registration and qualification review

1. Registration time: November 28 - December 10, 2018. (Monday to Friday: 8:30-11:30 am, 1:00-5:00 pm)

2. Registration location: Office 415 of the Organization and Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Binkai District (Chunjiang Town).

3. The following information must be provided when registering:

(1) registration form;

(2) 1 original and copy of ID card and graduation certificate;

(3) 1 recent 2-inch color photo without a hat;

(4 ) Original and 1 copy of the labor contract or corresponding work certificate .

(5) Those who have returned from studying abroad must provide academic qualification certification materials issued by the national education administration department.

4. Applicants must ensure that the certification materials provided are true and valid. If any fraud is discovered, the qualification will be canceled immediately.

5. After the registration is completed, the Binkai District (Chunjiang Town) Discipline Inspection Commission and the Organization and Human Resources and Social Security Bureau will conduct a qualification review of the applicants to confirm whether they meet the open recruitment conditions.

Written test

1. Written tests will be organized uniformly for those who meet the open recruitment conditions. The written test is a theoretical test in a closed-book format. The written test score accounts for 40% of the overall score, and the passing mark is 50 points.

Physical Examination

1. Based on the candidates’ comprehensive scores (if the comprehensive scores are the same, the candidates for the physical examination will be determined from high scores to low scores based on the interview scores) according to the 1:1 ratio of the recruitment plan.

2. For those who do not meet the requirements in the physical examination and there are vacancies, they will be filled in order from the highest score to the lowest score according to the comprehensive score.

3. The physical examination is organized by the Human Resources and Social Security Bureau of Binkai District (Chunjiang Town). The physical examination standards are implemented in accordance with the "General Standards for Physical Examination for Civil Servant Recruitment (Trial)" and the expenses are borne by yourself.

Inspections (political review) and public announcements

1. Organize inspections of qualified personnel in accordance with relevant regulations, focusing on inspection (political review) of their positions on major political issues and their moral conduct in real life. If there is a vacancy due to failure in the examination (political review), the recruiting unit will decide whether to fill the gap sequentially from high to low based on the overall score or not to fill the gap again.

5. Recruitment and dispatch

Once the personnel are hired, Binkai District (Chunjiang Town) and Changzhou Binkai Human Resources Co., Ltd. will sign a labor dispatch agreement. Recruited personnel sign a labor contract with Changzhou Binkai Human Resources Co., Ltd. Recruited personnel will be subject to contract management, market-based wages, and enterprise-based insurance management methods. Their remuneration will be implemented in accordance with regulations, and they will pay five insurances and one fund.
