The Nanning Transportation Bureau Community located on Hsinchu Road was built in 1993. It has 6 multi-story residential buildings and 156 owners. Investigation: Some property owners are opposed to cutting down trees to build parking spaces
The reporter learned from the construction company, Xinghua Construction Group Co., Ltd., that in the first construction plan, all the green trees in the community will be cut down to build parking lots. But when they were about to enter the site for construction, they found that the design plan was not in line with the owners' wishes, and some owners objected to cutting down the big trees.

In a construction plan, it was proposed to cut down trees to build parking spaces on the grounds that the trees were tall and easy to fall, but they disagreed with this. Some owners are worried that adding parking spaces between buildings will make it inconvenient for electric vehicles placed in the utility room on the first floor to enter and exit.
However, some owners said that the basketball court in the community is rented out and parking is not available most of the time. Many owners have agreed to continue renting out the stadium after the lease expires.
Department: Renovation of old communities requires more communication from owners

If the construction permit cannot be obtained, an old friends meeting will be reconvened on this matter to solicit opinions from residents before redoing the plan.
