"I was not in good health at that time and could not do much farm work. The living conditions at home were very poor." Ding Zengnyima suffered from high blood pressure in 2008 and had been taking antihypertensive drugs. "I originally wanted to I went to learn painting, but I often felt dizzy and couldn’t go anywhere.”
Ding Zeng Nyima and his wife Bang Zong have two children, and they are a typical family that is impoverished due to illness. Since he could not go out to work and had to take medicine for treatment for many years, he and his wife borrowed debts of up to 100,000 yuan many times. "The money was all borrowed, and later I couldn't even borrow it anymore." He felt a little embarrassed when talking about his past predicament.
Since the implementation of targeted poverty alleviation, Zuogong County has built a ex-situ poverty alleviation relocation site on the side of National Highway 318 adjacent to the Tiantuo Town Government, and concentrated 13 administrative villages and 133 registered poor households to live here. Realize that "you can move, live stably, have something to do, and get rich."
Thanks to the relocation of poverty alleviation, Ding Zengnyima and his family moved into a new house, enjoyed more policy support, and found a way to get rid of poverty and become rich. During technical training organized by the county, Ding Zengnyima learned how to sew Tibetan clothing. After that, she took out a loan of 50,000 yuan to buy fabrics, opened a "tailor shop" at home, and started a new life.

Different from Dinzen Nyima’s “indoor workshop”, Galamu, who has a business mind, rented a street shop and opened a clothing store, making the business prosperous.
Gallam was once a registered poor household in Ranni Village, Tiantuo Town. Before relocating, she went to work in Chengdu, Zuogong County, Sichuan and other places, living alone with her two children, which made life difficult. "I sold ghee in Chengdu and earned 1,800 yuan a month. I worked as a waitress in a restaurant in Zuogong County and earned 2,000 yuan a month," she said.
In 2017, Zuogong County provided the built resettlement houses to poor households for free, and also equipped each household with daily necessities worth more than 10,000 yuan, such as TVs, Tibetan tables, and card mattresses. After moving into Xincun, Galam bought a shop at a rent far below the market price.
Her shop is more than 40 square meters. All kinds of clothes are hung neatly on the upper parts of the walls on both sides, and shoes are placed on the shelves below. There is a counter facing the street of the store, where Garam is sorting out the clothes, children's shoes and hats that have just arrived.
"My sister and brother-in-law are doing business in Lhasa. They help me buy goods from Lhasa. The latest styles are the fastest here, and business has always been good." She told reporters while sorting clothes, "When I opened the store, I bought goods from my sister and brother-in-law. I borrowed 20,000 yuan and paid it back that year.”
Like Ding Zengnyima and Galamu, 133 poor households in Yazhuo Xingfu New Village have changed their destiny through relocation.

Walking into the new village, 9 red and white four-story apartment buildings with unique Tibetan residential architectural characteristics are arranged on both sides of National Highway 318, in a well-proportioned manner. In front of the shops on the street, tourist vehicles from all over the world are parked, and people shop and rest here. A small town full of life has taken shape.
