Ningbo Haiyue Electrical Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a production-oriented entity enterprise specializing in manufacturing various types of complete sets of electric power equipment. The company was established in March 1999. The company's products have a large number of applications in large industry, airports, rail transit, hospitals, education, government agencies, residential buildings, mining, new materials, new energy and other fields. Currently, they are used in Hubei, Sichuan, Guangxi and other fields. , Shaanxi and other provinces have mature users, and product quality and services have been recognized by users.
Moderator: Ningbo Haiyue Electrical Manufacturing Co., Ltd. is a national high-tech enterprise and also a Ningbo city "Hero on average per mu" tax Class A enterprise. It is very powerful. When you decided to invest in building a new factory, you must have visited many places. Why did you finally choose Xiaochang?
Zhang Leiming: Xiaochang is located in the central part of the motherland and enjoys the policy advantages of the rise of the central part of the country. Being located in the core circle of Wuhan, we can rely on the scientific research capabilities of Wuhan universities to provide better support for our new product research and development. Xiaochang has convenient transportation. Haiyue Company has customers in Hubei, Sichuan, Shaanxi, Guangxi and other provinces. Considering the future product transportation costs, Xiaochang's geographical location is very suitable. We also conducted investment inspections in surrounding provinces, used 16 data indicators to compare and select, and finally chose Xiaochang.
Zhang Leiming is from Zhejiang. He never thought that one day he would merge with Xiaochang, who is thousands of miles away.
Zhang Leiming recalled that during his first visit, he was impressed by the pragmatism and enthusiasm of Xiaochang’s leadership, and soon entered the project negotiation stage.
Moderator: What impressed you most about Xiaochang?
Zhang Leiming: Xiaochang welcomes the world and reaches all directions. Xiaochang is a fertile land for investment and business development. When we came to Xiaochang, we found that the industrial foundation for development here is very good, and the government's work efficiency is very high, and its attitude is very warm. We were touched by Xiaochang's sincerity in attracting investment.

Moderator: How do you plan for the future development of the company?
Zhang Leiming: We have also inspected the surrounding industrial chain, fission equipment, and equipment-based brother companies. Their upstream and downstream product matching is very strong, and we are very confident. At the same time, under the current situation where employment is generally difficult, Xiaochang has sufficient human resources. We will cooperate in depth with Xiaochang’s human resources department and secondary vocational colleges to speed up the training of technical talents and allow them to find jobs on the spot in Xiaochang.
Ningbo Haiyue Electrical Manufacturing Co., Ltd. invested in the construction of Haiyue Electrical Project with a total investment of 500 million yuan. It mainly produces photovoltaic power generation grid-connected cabinets and photovoltaic power generation step-up grid-connected box-type substations and other intelligent power equipment. Next, our company will establish special classes for talent training, product development and management of the Xiaochang project as soon as possible.At the same time, employee recruitment and training will be started as early as possible to speed up the project process.
