4. Exam content and format

(1) Written test

After the written test, the candidates will be ranked from high to low according to their written test scores. After ranking, candidates will be selected for interview based on their written test score ranking at a ratio of 1:3 to the number of positions to be recruited. Those with the same written test score ranking will be admitted together. When the number of people entering the interview for the recruitment position does not reach the 1:3 ratio, interviews will be conducted based on the actual number of people entering the interview for the position.
