Vacation model

Total monetary compensation
(1) If the vacating object chooses monetary compensation

House value compensation with monetary compensation
Referring to the "Interim Measures for the Expropriation and Assessment of Houses on State-owned Land in Beijing" (Beijing Construction Law (2016] No. 19) and other relevant regulations, the real estate price assessment agency will evaluate the standard houses within the scope of application-based vacation. The market price and the standard house are reset to the new price for evaluation, and the valuation point is the day of the vacation announcement.
Value compensation for the vacated house = formal house value compensation + unregistered house value compensation

Housing relocation subsidy for vacating
If the vacating object chooses monetary compensation, a housing relocation subsidy can be given. This house purchase quota will be valid for 3 years from the date of signing. The purchased house is restricted for trading until the whole hospital is vacated. restrictions will be lifted later.
Signing incentive fee
If the vacating object signs a contract and vacates the house within the full incentive period, the signing incentive fee is calculated based on the building area of the vacated house, and the standard is 5,000 yuan/square meter. The signing incentive fee for each vacating object is less than 100,000 yuan. The amount will be topped up to NT$100,000.
Incentive fee for vacating the entire hospital
The vacating objects must sign a contract within the full incentive period. After all the vacating objects in the hospital vacate, each vacating object will be given an incentive fee of 100,000 yuan for vacating the entire hospital.
Housing resettlement method
Housing resettlement in this project adopts value replacement or area replacement. At the time when the vacation announcement is announced, the vacating objects selected for housing resettlement should have the qualifications to purchase residential houses in Tongzhou District.
Value replacement
If the vacated object chooses the value replacement method, in principle, a resettlement house with a similar construction area to the vacated house can be selected.
Area replacement
If the vacated object chooses the area replacement method, in principle, it should not exceed 1.5 times the construction area of the vacated house. If the area of the resettled house closest to the apartment is insufficient, various compensation and subsidy incentives can be calculated.
When the area of the replaceable resettlement house for the vacated object exceeds the maximum area of the resettlement house, multiple resettlement houses can be selected within the area of the replaceable resettlement house, but the number of one-bedroom units should not exceed two.
When housing resettlement is carried out by area replacement, the price of the resettlement house is calculated according to the following standards:
