According to reports, the purchasing prices of various varieties in our district this year have increased compared with last year. Common early indica rice 2.64 yuan/kg, high-quality early indica rice (including special rice) 2.76 yuan/kg, and high-quality late indica rice 3.12 yuan/kg. The purchase prices increased by 0.1 yuan/kg, 0.04 yuan/kg, and 0.04 yuan/kg respectively compared with last year. In view of the wide variety of high-quality rice grown in various places and the large differences in quality, for a few varieties with excellent quality, the purchase price can be appropriately increased under the principle of selling at the same price; for individual varieties with poor quality, the purchase price can be appropriately reduced, but The floating price cannot be lower than the minimum purchase price of rice in 2022 stipulated by the state. At the same time, after rice producers sell grain as planned, in addition to payment from the purchasing enterprise, the financial department will also provide a subsidy of 0.28 yuan per kilogram for ordinary rice and 0.4 yuan per kilogram for high-quality rice.
It is reported that the grain purchase time is from June 20, 2022 to November 30, 2022 for ordinary indica rice, and from June 20, 2022 to January 31, 2023 for high-quality rice. All regions in the region can determine the start and end times of local acquisitions within this time range based on actual local conditions.
