Method
1. Steam the potatoes, peel them and drain the water.
2. Soak the mushrooms in water and dice them, fry them in a pan with a little oil until fragrant.
3. Steam the scallops for 10 minutes, tear into shreds, fry in a pan with a little oil until fragrant.
4. Cut the sausage into cubes and fry in a pan until fragrant.

Peel off the skin of the cabbage and place it on the bottom to prevent it from sticking, and steam it in boiling water for 30 minutes (don’t pinch it too much). If you are afraid that it is not cooked well, you can use chopsticks to insert and pull it out from the middle to see if it will stick to the chopsticks. If it is cooked, it will not stick to the chopsticks.
