However, some authors nowadays either lack such logical attributes or have such logical loopholes when drafting paper titles, which is extremely inconsistent with the scientific and rigorous character of academic journals. When journal editors screen manuscripts, they inevitably regard them as the first choice for exclusion. Judging from the manuscripts I have read so far, many authors have the following common problems in their paper titles, which will hinder their manuscripts from passing the preliminary review stage of the journal editorial department when they submit their manuscripts.

First, the topic is too broad and the question is unclear. means that the scope of the topic is too broad, resulting in unclear research directions. For example, " Pu Ru calligraphy art research", from the perspective of the three elements of topic selection, this topic only has one element of research theme, that is, "Pu Ru calligraphy art". This subject term covers a wide range, and its calligraphy art can include aspects such as style, thought, value, etc. Therefore, judging from this topic alone, the research direction of this article is not clear.

The second is that the title is wrong and the title of the article is deviated. For example, "Research on the Emotional Design of Taiwan's Woodblock Seals". Judging from the title alone, this article should be based on the three levels of emotional design-instinct, behavior, and reflection levels. It explores the emotional design of Taiwan's woodcut seals. Practice, or interpret the design of Taiwanese woodblock seals from the perspective of emotional design. Judging from the specific content of the article, its writing intention should be to expand on the latter, but when it is elaborated in detail, it is completely divorced from the category of emotional design, and only introduces the ontology of Taiwanese woodblock seals. The third one is substandard and the title is too fancy. Different types of articles in have corresponding conventions or specific identifying words, allowing readers to roughly identify whether they are speculative research, qualitative research, or quantitative research from the title. However, some essay topics are too appropriate or fancy, and not appropriate enough. For example, "Beijing Winter Olympics, let Taoist 'quality' shine even more!" 2. Research methods and sample selection

In order to explore this issue, this article selects articles published in " Chinese Youth Research " since 2022. Based on the titles of these articles, it attempts to analyze what types of titles journal editors are more inclined to adopt. Manuscript, I would like to provide you with some suggestions when formulating the title of the article, so as to improve the hit rate of paper submission. Of course, there may also be title opinions based on the opinions of the journal editor, but from this perspective, it is also easier for us to figure out what types of paper titles the journal editor is more inclined to.

It should be noted that the reason why this article chose "Chinese Youth Studies" is because although this journal is not an authoritative journal, it is still considered a leader among ordinary C journals. Moreover, the journal does not discriminate against the identity of the author. Judging from the publication status of the journal, there are not a few doctoral students publishing articles as solo authors. Therefore, for ordinary authors, especially "Green Pepper", this is a relatively Suitable case objects.

According to the statistics of articles in the 5 issues of "Chinese Youth Studies" since 2022, the journal has published a total of 75 articles so far. Since this article mainly analyzes the titles of articles that have been published after review by the journal editor, this article excludes There were 24 articles in the "Special Projects" column in the 5 issues of the journal, as well as 1 "Instructions for Submissions" and 1 "Development Report", resulting in a total of 49 valid article titles. It can be seen that papers that clearly state the research methods and final research opinions in the title are more favored by journal editors. For example, "Research on Mothers Accompanying Students from the Perspective of "Supply-Demand" Matching of Education in County Areas" presents the theoretical research perspective of "Education 'Supply-Demand' Matching" used in this article in the title; "The "Ideological and Political Internet Celebrities" "Communication Characteristics and Generation Mechanism - Analysis Based on Three Typical Cases" presents the case analysis method used in this article in the title; ""Faith" and "Following": The Key to the Function of Underlying Cultural Capital" The research point drawn in this article - "faith" in education changing destiny and unconditional "obedience" to teachers is the key to the function of underlying cultural capital, has been condensed and refined, and placed at the head of the title for the editor to The research conclusions of this article can be identified at a glance. Among the above 49 question samples, more than 85% of the questions are both practical and interesting, and most of them are practical. From the 49 sample questions, we can see that the descriptions of these questions are all very refined and concise. The editor can easily understand the theme and problem of the paper only from the title, and from Judging from the content of the text, these questions can also summarize the core content of the paper, and there are no defects such as unclear questions, deviated topics, and too fancy topics mentioned at the beginning of this article. At the same time, because some of the questions in these samples have the practical elements mentioned above, they demonstrate the value of the paper in the title. Even if the title is not practical or interesting, it can present the overall framework of the article and the value of the article, so that the editor can know the value of the article just by browsing the title.
