This place was very beautiful in the morning. The way the hot air balloons are flying is so dreamy.

There are only two time periods for the hot air balloon to rise, 5 a.m. and 5 p.m. The tethering experience is to get on the hot air balloon and tie the rope to let the hot air balloon fly about a few meters above the ground.

We went to the Luye Gaotai Day Exhibition. We departed from Taitung Station at 4 o'clock in the morning and the shuttle bus arrived in an hour. There were already there at early 5 o'clock. Many people spread picnic mats on the grass and waited for the hot air balloon, which created a lively atmosphere!
