. Application materials and precautions for office rent subsidy
(1) Application materials: (Please follow the order Submit after laying out the materials)
1. Siming District Taiwanese Entrepreneurial Youth Office Rent Subsidy Application Form (Appendix 7);
2. Copy of the company's business license (copy with official seal);
3. Identity of the company's legal representative Certificate (copy with official seal);
4. Office rent invoice (original + copy) and rental contract (copy with official seal) (all leases from the first application to the present must be provided Contract );
5. Applicant unit Taiwan Young Shareholder Taiwan Resident Residence Certificate or Taiwan Compatriot Certificate (photocopy with official seal)
(2) Notes on the Office Rent Subsidy Project:
(1) The application time mentioned in the application materials , employment contract time, company business license establishment time, rental contract time, personal tax payment time. The comparison between the applicant's personal tax payment time and the application time shall be the criterion, and other materials shall be used as supporting materials.
(2) Pay attention to the connection of the applied months, contract period, rent changes, and whether the cumulative application months are greater than 12 months or 24 months, and calculate the application amount based on the actual situation according to the corresponding calculation ratio (100% subsidy in the first year, 70% subsidy in the second year and 50% subsidy in the third year).
(3) The lease contract and invoice date provided must include the time period range of the filled in application (the lease contract needs to provide all lease contracts from the first application to the present).
(4) The invoicing name must be consistent with the company name on the business license, and the venue rental invoice issued must clearly indicate the time period corresponding to the rent payment in the remarks column {for example: 2019.01.01-2019.03.31 (3 months in total)} .
(5) The venue rental contract must contain the following elements: lessor's name or rental company name, venue rental location, venue rental area, rent, lease term, purpose: office.
(6) Signature of the company’s legal representative (signature in black ink pen).
(7) At the bottom of Schedule 6: Application time: Computer typing to fill in the date, person in charge: The applicant’s name as a shareholder of the company needs to be filled in, but typing is allowed. Contact number: You need to fill in the contact number of the company's Taiqing shareholders, which can be typed.
(8) The application form must be prepared in quadruplicate and stamped with the official seal. Other materials must be prepared in duplicate and electronic scanned copies must be provided.

The entry and exit certificate submitted should meet the requirement that the stay in the mainland is 1/4 of the application period. (10) The corporate legal person is mainland China and it is a joint venture with Taiwan Youth. To apply for office space rental subsidies, shareholders of Taiwan Youth must be provided. Proof (scan the QR code of the business license with your mobile phone or search the commercial subject on Baidu and print the commercial subject. Or the enterprise information registration form issued by the Municipal Administrative Service Center or the Industrial and Commercial Bureau can be used as shareholder certification).
(11) If you do not work in the base for a long time, provide supporting materials for actual operations (such as bank entry and exit accounts, tax records, valid entry and exit certificates, social security records, sales invoices, customs records of goods entry and exit, copies of sales vouchers, etc.
(12) Please submit the materials in order (same order as the application materials on the application form).
