Fuji was actually a figure in the late Nara era (China's Tang Dynasty) in the eighth century AD. Tomihime is a princess, and her father is the Crown Prince Tatoshi, the younger brother of the later Emperor Kanmu, although he was not born to the same mother;
But who was Emperor Kanmu? He is the fiftieth emperor of Japan who founded Heian Kyo and the Heian era. Princess Tomihime’s grandmother is Empress Inoue, and her grandfather is Emperor Mitsuhito. Of course, there is another theory about Nagabehime. This statement may come from the modern fantasy literature writer Izumi Kyoka who has a great influence in Japan. He refers to a series of historical and local stories about Fuji. After the legendary story, the work " Castle Monogatari " (also known as "The Legend of Himeji Castle Castle") was written. Since then, this work has been deeply loved by the theater circle, and has often been adapted and put on the stage, and has influenced future generations. Similar fantasy literature or animation works.
In recent years, it has been adapted into the story of the anime "Kai~ayakashi~Tenshū Monogatari Part Two". In the story, demons and ghosts inhabit the White Heron Castle in Banshu Himeji.
