1. Time-of-use electricity price policy for residential households
(1) Implementation scope. State Grid Shandong Electric Power Company directly reads meters and charges to urban and rural residents at their homes.
(2) Time period division. The peak period is from 8:00 to 22:00, and the valley period is from 22:00 to 8:00 the next day; during the heating period, the peak period is from 8:00 to 20:00, and the valley period is from 20:00 to 8:00 the next day.
(3) Electricity price standards. On the basis of the current tiered electricity price standards, the peak electricity price will increase by 0.03 yuan per kilowatt hour (tax included, the same below); the valley electricity price will decrease by 0.17 yuan. That is, the first peak electricity price is 0.5769 yuan and the valley electricity price is 0.3769 yuan. 2. Time-of-use electricity price policy for residential electric vehicle charging piles
(1) Implementation scope. The State Grid Shandong Electric Power Company directly reads meters, collects charges to households, and installs electric vehicle charging piles in residential quarters and non-resident users who implement residential electricity prices.
(2) Time period division. The peak section is from 8:00 to 22:00, and the valley section is from 22:00 to 8:00 the next day.
(3) Electricity price standards. On the basis of the current electricity price standard (0.555 yuan per kilowatt hour), the peak electricity price will increase by 0.17 yuan per kilowatt hour; the valley electricity price will decrease by 0.17 yuan. That is, the peak electricity price is 0.725 yuan and the valley electricity price is 0.385 yuan.
3. Other matters
(1) The time-of-use electricity price policy for residential households and residential electric vehicle charging piles is voluntarily chosen by residential users. The power grid company will replace the time-of-use energy meter free of charge. The adjusted electricity price policy will be implemented from the month after application. Users who implement the residential time-of-use electricity price policy adopt an annual cycle and should not adjust within one year. If you do not choose, the price will still be calculated according to the original method.
(2) The heating period referred to in this notice refers to November 1 of each year to March 31 of the following year.
(3) Any problems and suggestions encountered during the implementation of the time-of-use electricity price policy for residents should be reported to the Provincial Development and Reform Commission (Price Management Office) in a timely manner.
The above electricity price policy will be implemented from May 1, 2022, and the "Notice on Matters Concerning the Peak and Valley Time-of-use Electricity Price Policy for Residents" (Lu Ziziyifa [2017] No. 107) will be abolished at the same time.
