5. Engaging in illegal activities in public rental housing;

6. Leaving public rental housing idle for more than 6 consecutive months without justifiable reasons;

7. Failure to pay rent for 6 consecutive months;

8. Those who no longer meet the application conditions of the Public Rental Housing Management Measures and fail to complete the exit procedures in a timely manner as required.

9. There are violations of the regulations on the use of public rental housing and other behaviors stipulated in the contract.

(5) The Park City Bureau adopts measures such as locking real estate information, restricting the registration of commercial housing contracts and the registration of existing housing transactions to strengthen the access and exit management of housing security groups. If the lessee purchases commercial housing or existing housing and needs to go through contract filing and property rights procedures, he must first terminate the public rental housing lease contract with the public rental housing holder.
