This project is located at the intersection of Beichen West Road and the Outer Ring Road, Beichen District. Qualification review

(1) Acceptance time

1. September 3, 2018 (9:00-11:30, 14:00-17:00), District Housing Authority will accept the "Pre-application Acceptance Certificate" If the application of households eligible for public rental housing has not been processed yet, a "Tianjin City Notice of Eligibility for Public Rental Housing Tenancy Conditions" (hereinafter referred to as the "Notice") will be issued to eligible households.

2. Starting from September 4, 2018 (9:00-11:30, 14:00-17:00; except public holidays) , the housing bureaus in each district will accept both those who have obtained the "Pre-application Acquisition Certificate" and those who have not. Applications will be issued to eligible households. When the number of households receiving the "Notice" is equivalent to the remaining housing supply, the district housing bureaus will stop accepting applications for the project's public rental housing qualifications.

(2) Application requirements

1. Applicants who have obtained the qualifications for "three types of subsidies". applicants must bring their ID card and subsidy qualification certificate ("Tianjin Low-rent Housing Physical Rent Subsidy Qualification Certificate" or "Tianjin Low-rent Housing Rental Subsidy Qualification Certificate" or "Tianjin Economic Leasing Rental Subsidy Qualification Certificate"), etc. Relevant requirements must be obtained from the district housing management bureau that issued the qualification certificate to apply for the "Tianjin City Notice of Compliance with the Tenancy Conditions for Public Rental Housing".

If a family member has a first or second degree physical disability or a first or second degree visual blindness, a second-generation "Disabled Person's Certificate" with corresponding disability level should be provided. If there are disabled soldiers with a disability level of level six (inclusive) or above, they should provide the "Disabled Soldiers Certificate of the People's Republic of China" and a physical and visual disability certificate issued by the Civil Affairs Bureau of the region where their household registration is located.

2. Applicants who have not obtained the qualifications for the “Three Subsidies”. If it is found that the applicant deliberately concealed, falsely reported, or falsified relevant information, or used unfair bribery methods to apply for housing security, will reject the application and will not accept the housing security application of the applicant and his spouse within 5 years from the date of rejection of the application. .

(3) Rental Standards

Households with less than 3 people that meet the conditions for public rental housing can, in principle, rent a one-bedroom or one living space; families with 3 or more people can rent a one-bedroom unit (one living space). or a two-bedroom unit (two living spaces) type of housing. Single-parent families with father-daughter or mother-child relationships and children over 14 years old (inclusive) can choose to rent a one-bedroom or two-space apartment.

For families who enjoy physical rent subsidies for low-rent housing, the rent standards shall be implemented in accordance with the "Notice of the Municipal Land and Housing Administration Bureau and Civil Affairs Bureau on Policy Issues Concerning Low-rent Housing Security" (Land and Housing Insurance [2013] No. 261).

Registration and rental plan

At the end of 2018, public rental housing operating units will accept the registration of households that have obtained the "Notice" on a project-by-project basis.
