/Scope of Selection and Quota/

Six judges will be selected step by step for the grassroots courts in the Chengdu jurisdiction.

/Qualifications/

(1) To register to participate in this selection, you should meet the following qualifications:

1. Have good political quality, possess business qualities and professional conduct consistent with the judicial accountability system, have outstanding performance, and are recognized by the masses.

2. Serve as a judge in a grassroots court for more than 5 years (including experience before the quota system reform). For outstanding performance in professional work, judges who have been awarded second-class merit or above in the past five years, or who have received commendations and awards from provincial and ministerial level units or above, may have their term of office extended to four years.

3. Should have a full-time postgraduate degree or above from a general institution of higher learning, and obtain a master's degree in law, a master's degree in law or above. He has served as a mid-level cadre and has been commended for third-class merit or above in the past three years. He has been rated as outstanding for more than 2 times in the annual assessment of civil servants. He has been rated as "Senior Judge", "Excellent Judge" in Chengdu, and "Top Ten Court Judges" in the province and city. 5. Other circumstances that make it inappropriate to serve as a post judge of the Municipal Intermediate Court.

(1) Registration and Qualification Review

Registration time: November 4 to 11, 2019.

All grassroots people's courts should fully respect the individual's willingness to apply for the examination, and the political department, in conjunction with the court's review and management, disciplinary inspection and supervision departments, will strictly review the qualifications of the applicants. Those who pass the review should stamp the college seal on the registration recommendation form and report to the Political Department of the Municipal Intermediate People's Court before November 8, 2019.

2. Adjust the plan. The selection ratio for the written examination is 3:1. If the examination ratio cannot be reached, it can be relaxed to 2:1 after research by the Municipal Intermediate People's Court. If it is still not achieved after the relaxation, the job plan will be reduced proportionally until it is cancelled.

3. Issue admission tickets.The admission ticket is produced by the Municipal Intermediate Court and issued to the candidates through the relevant grassroots courts.

Candidates who do not reach the passing score are not allowed to participate in the next stage of selection.

2. Interview

After the written test, the candidates for the interview will be determined according to the ratio of 2:1 to the planned number of positions selected, and based on the written test scores from high to low. If two or more people are tied for the last place to be admitted to the interview, the tied people will enter the interview together. If the ratio is not met, all candidates who meet the passing score can enter the interview.
