For industrial and commercial distributed photovoltaic power generation projects that are included in the scale of fiscal subsidies in 2020 and adopt the "self-use and surplus grid" model, the subsidy standard for full power generation is adjusted to 0.05 yuan per kilowatt hour; for industrial and commercial distributed photovoltaic power generation projects that adopt the "full grid" model Power generation projects are subject to the guide price of centralized photovoltaic power stations in the resource areas where they are located. 3. Reduce subsidy standards for household distributed photovoltaic power generation. The subsidy standard for household distributed photovoltaic full power generation included in the scale of fiscal subsidies in 2020 is adjusted to 0.08 yuan per kilowatt hour.
4. The on-grid electricity prices for village-level photovoltaic poverty alleviation power stations (including Liancun power stations) that comply with the relevant management regulations of the national photovoltaic poverty alleviation project remain unchanged.
5. Encourage various localities to introduce targeted support policies to support the development of the photovoltaic industry.
