Among them, photovoltaic poverty alleviation, natural person distribution and photovoltaic power station and industrial and commercial distribution are 37 million yuan, 48 million yuan and 2.997 billion yuan respectively. Among them, Inner Mongolia’s various types of renewable energy subsidies totaled 7.1 billion yuan, accounting for nearly 90%, ranking first.
The "Notice" requires that when funds are allocated, priority should be given to projects involving people's livelihood such as photovoltaic poverty alleviation, natural person distributed photovoltaics, and public renewable energy independent power systems to ensure that the subsidy funds for the above projects are fully and timely allocated.
The "Notice" clarifies that for village-level power stations and centralized power stations in photovoltaic poverty alleviation projects, subsidy funds will be directly allocated by power grid enterprises or financial departments to local photovoltaic poverty alleviation revenue carryover agencies, and the poverty alleviation authorities will supervise the full allocation to photovoltaic poverty alleviation projects. 4. According to the "Renewable Energy Law of the People's Republic of China" and the "Fund Management Measures", our Ministry will settle the subsidy funds with power grid enterprises according to the following formula:
