Floor heating cleaning generally includes pipe cleaning and boiler cleaning.
1. Pipe cleaning

Why do you need to clean the floor heating?
The water in floor heating contains a large amount of substances and microorganisms. As the water temperature increases, it will adhere to the pipe wall. For every 1 mm of dirt on the inner wall of the ground heat pipe, the ambient temperature will be reduced by 6 degrees. This will not only affect the heating effect, but also cause energy waste.
Theoretically, the floor heating is cleaned before or after heating, especially when the floor heating is exchanged in spring, summer, autumn and winter. Common methods for floor heating cleaning include: chemical agent cleaning, filter cleaning, projectile cleaning, jet cleaning, and pulse cleaning. projectile cleaning
This mainly utilizes the impetus of gas. The cleaning master removes the geothermal tube from the water divider , and then shoots the cleaning projectile into the geothermal tube and comes out from the other end of the tube to achieve the cleaning effect. The projectile cleaning method is very effective. You only need an cleaning gun and a sponge bullet. However, there is a risk of blocking the bullet in the pipe and not being able to come out when used.
pulse cleaning
This mainly uses water and gas to impact the inner wall of the geothermal tube through the vibration generated by the mixing of air and water, thereby achieving the cleaning effect. The pulse cleaning method can clean the dirt and sand in the pipe, but a layer of biological mucous membrane inside the pipe cannot be washed off, so there will be a transparent and light yellow color when cleaned out.
water bullet cleaning method
This method relies on the water bullet cleaning machine, and pushes the sponge bullet out of the tube through the pressure of the machine itself, which is not easy to get stuck and the cleaning effect is also very good.
However, floor heating generally does not have problems, but during long-term use, it still needs to be repaired and maintained to avoid affecting the heating effect. Regular cleaning of pipes can not only ensure the normal use of floor heating, but also save a lot of gas costs.
