In order to thoroughly implement the decisions and deployments of the Party Central Committee and the State Council, implement the relevant requirements of the policy to promote green smart home appliances consumption documents, accelerate the release of green smart home appliances consumption potential, and better meet the people's needs for a better life, in accordance with the "Notice of the General Office of the Ministry of Commerce on Holding the "2022 National Electricity Consumption Season" Activities" (Commercial and Office Circular [2022] 2 No. 01) and relevant documents to promote green smart home appliance consumption, the Jining District Bureau of Commerce organized Dongge Electric Appliances and UnionPay Cloud Flash Payment to jointly launch the home appliance exchange electronic subsidy voucher distribution activity with the theme of "Embrace Green and Enjoy a Better Life". The relevant matters are announced as follows:
1. Event Content
, with Ulanqab Dongge Trading Co., Ltd. as the main unit, organized more than 700 products from 50 home appliance brands. By carrying out green smart home appliance product experience activities, we will promote new home appliance products, and lead the quality, green and intelligent home appliance consumption. Through various forms such as issuing subsidy coupons and recycling old home appliances, we will stimulate the people's enthusiasm for consumption. Only when consumers confirm to participate in the old-for-new activity (there are old electrical appliances at home and fill in the store’s old machine management card) can they receive the subsidy coupon. The subsidy coupon is directly deducted based on the minimum bargaining price of consumers when purchasing new home appliances.

5. Receive method
1. Customers have old home appliances and participate in the old-for-new event, register a Dongge member (Search for "Dongge Member" mini program on WeChat → click "My" to bind personal information).
2. Scan the code in the "Dongge Member Mini Program" to receive the old-for-new subsidy coupon, and write off according to the write-off standard based on the minimum bargaining price for purchasing new appliances. The subsidy coupon is valid until October 7, 2022.
6. Rules of use
1. Applicable objects: consumers who need to trade home appliances for new ones.
2. Each user can receive 1 subsidy coupon during the event.
3. Subsidy coupons are only available during normal business hours.
4. Subsidy coupons cannot be withdrawn, transferred or sold.
5. Subsidy coupons cannot be superimposed or split, and only one single consumption payment can be used. Subsidy coupons are used on the basis of all discounts and concessions from the merchant.
6. If a full refund occurs after using the subsidy coupon, only the actual payment amount of the user will be refunded, and the subsidy coupon will automatically expire, and the old machine will be discounted by 50 yuan.
7. For details of the process of exchanging new products, please go to the store for consultation. If you encounter consumer disputes, disguised price additions and other related issues during the
event, consumers can call 12315 to report and complain.
