Curing agent
(I) Protection around the site of floor curing agent
A large amount of water and large-scale construction equipment will be used during the construction of floor curing agent. Protect reasonable protection around the construction site before entering the site. Use protective film to cover and protect walls and immovable items.
(II) Cleaning of floor curing agent construction site
Adjust water, rinse the dust on the surface of the floor and the fine dust in the sand hole, and use dust push and floor brush to clean the floor. Just have moisture on the surface, but there is no water on the surface.
(III) Floor grinding
If the construction floor is old, first use a diamond grinding piece to polish the floating slurry on the surface, clean the floor after the grinding, and use a floor brush to scrape the ground sewage ( terrazzo floor , wear-resistant floor , and cement floor with a cement floor with a good slurry sunlight does not require this process).
The ground leveling principle is to grind it as uniformly as possible. Use 50 mesh and 100 mesh resin grinding sheets to grind the ground twice horizontally and vertically. Clean the ground dust after each grinding. Uneven polished areas can cause whitening on the ground.
(IV) Apply floor curing agent
Put the floor curing agent in (1:4-1:6) (the specific ratio increases or decreases according to the ground conditions), and apply evenly on the surface of the floor with a long hair brush of appropriate hardness and long dust push horizontally and vertically cross to help the ground absorb. Moisturize for 2-4 hours, push back and forth with a long hair brush and long dust to dilute the excess curing agent and promote secondary penetration of the ground until the material penetrates into the floor. After the floor curing agent penetrates for 2-4 hours, put a 500-mesh resin grinding sheet into a slight amount of water and grind horizontally and vertically. The water release standard shall be subject to dust. Grind and vacuum and wipe off the remaining materials and sewage on the surface. The mud generated by grinding reinforces repair of ground micropores and cracks.
(V) Secondary curing can be performed if necessary (not necessary)
After the cement floor surface drys, secondary curing can be performed if necessary. The floor curing agent can be applied according to the above steps.
(VI) Floor cleaning
After the cement floor is dried, remove the remaining curing agent material on the cement floor, otherwise the curing agent material will form crystals on the cement floor.
(7) Fine grinding floor
Subsequently, water grinding of 1000 mesh and 2000 mesh resin grinding sheets are selected. After each grinding, use vacuum and water scraping to absorb the remaining materials and sewage on the surface. Use a disc with a white pad to clean the floor with a lot of water, water absorber or an automatic cleaning machine.
（8）Floor polishing
After the ground is dry for 2-4 hours, use a 3000-mesh resin grinding sheet or a white pad toss it cross-dry to the desired brightness.
