Warm tones minimalist apartment
This is ZE|Workroom’s latest project, a minimalist apartment dominated by warm tones. The house is located in Moscow and has a relatively small space, but ZW still made it a unique project.
The living room is connected to the dining and kitchen area, and the fully open design maintains the openness and connectivity of the space to the greatest extent. The entire living room is simple and comfortable, with the original design intention of minimizing edges and corners, so that the living room always creates a soft and relaxing atmosphere.
The master bedroom contains an independent bathroom and dressing room, separated from the sitting area by a glass door. Continuing the overall design style of the house, the master bedroom is still dominated by warm colors, creating a calm and peaceful atmosphere.
The bathroom set up in the master bedroom satisfies the privacy and comfort of a private space. Whether after waking up in the morning or before falling asleep at night, bathing has become something more worth looking forward to.

Union Park
Although this project is only 100 square meters, the project is not simple. The apartment has a complex shape, sloping exterior walls, uneven corners, and a triangular kitchen. It also needs to accommodate 6 people. There are many tasks accomplished within this relatively small area.
The kitchen is made full length along the wall to absorb the special-shaped corners. The open kitchen is parallel to the island. A raised block is added to the island to connect to the round dining table, which straightens the direction and makes the space more organized and usable.
LDK design reduces internal walls to bring more corners while making the space brighter. Composite space improves room utilization.
The master bedroom chose walnut color and light gray, which is a commonly used combination by designers. Compared with the color of the dynamic area, the overall color is deeper and restrained, revealing a quiet atmosphere; the light-colored fabric matches the wood color, which is natural and natural. Comfortable.
children's room has a richer overall color scheme. Among them, the girl's room is warm orange with relatively low color saturation, which is comfortable and not dazzling. There is a hole in the wall that only children can pass through, and both rooms serve as children's secret bases.
The boy's room is gray green, which is not obtrusive with the wood color and is very harmonious. The beveled edges of the windows are corrected by the platform, and the platform is connected to the desk, making every design element interlocking with each other and indispensable.
The multi-basin design in the bathroom ensures that it is not crowded in use. The overall internal design method is the same, and different colors are used to distinguish and enrich the details, which is effortless and outstanding.
